Chinese Medicine, Recharging Qi Gong

Where more energy and power will come from

This weekend I had a young man in my office who works in front of a computer sixty to eighty hours a week. He was like a blob of dead meat on the table and what I call completely blown out.

In Chinese medicine there is a system of rivers in the body that are electrical pathways of the vital energy or Qi.

When I say someone is blown out imagine that the whole system has gone dark like blowing out a candle.

I see it all the time and more in more in young people. It’s like they’re getting old before their time.

I’m run down and I don’t have any energy is usually the first thing they say.

Then I’ll find out that they also have back, neck, or knee pain but don’t know how it started.

In addition to the lack of energy and pain is usually some sort of depression although these patients wont often bring that up. They’re not chronically depressed, they’re just in a slump.

The question is always can I fix this or can I give them their energy back.

I always have great results with this type of patient and I can usually have them powered back up the same day or the very next day.

The cure for the burnt out, blown out and bummed out is getting the Qi flowing again.

When you take a bunch of stimulants and hunch over staring into that little glowing box you’re running your energy into a brick wall. Your body will shut down in protest, the rivers of the body stop flowing and all the backed up energy will cause pain.

I can get the Qi flowing in any patient by the time they walk out the door.

And to keep that Qi flowing once you leave my office you need to take a break, move your body and relax your mind.

This is why I created and prescribe the Recharging Qi Gong.

I call Recharging Qi Gong Recharging for a reason.

The Recharging Qi Gong is a series of prescriptive exercises.

That means the medicine is not in the bottle it means the medicine is in the movement.

In the back of the manual I literally have a list of all the ailments people come to me to have treated.

Even if you can’t find the time to practice 15 minutes of Qi Gong a day you can look down the list, find a description of your pain or disorder and practice that one exercise.

It’s as easy as that.

I hope you can understand how priceless a resource this is.

Move yourself to greater health by practicing a little Recharging Qi Gong every day.

It ain’t hard and it’s a lot of fun to practice, it always puts a smile on my face.
