Eastern Tips for Aging Gracefully.

Last weekend I linked with my High School sweetheart Carla, who was in town. I hadn’t seen her in over a decade!

First thing out of her mouth upon beholding my magnificence, (Just Kidding)! “Gosh how do you manage to look so good after all these years, while I am looking like spoiled milk? You have to be on some kind of drugs. Did you have a facelift Woody?”

No Drugs Carla! No facelift either! At least not the kind of drugs that make you feel loopy, burn up vital Qi, damage your organs and speed up the aging process.

Back in the day she did not get on the Qi Gong Bus or any of the Mediation Trains that I Jumped on, unfortunately.

Another think that would surprise Carla as well, is that things below the belt are in tip top shape as well!

I use Qi Gong exercises to keep my manhood ‘manly,’ and I’ve never popped a Blue pill!

Qi Gong is very good for a range of ailments and upkeep.

Most Americans, including my X-Boo Carla; isn’t aware that just a few simple exercises daily, of The Recharging Qi Gong will have you looking and feeling fantastic, over (50) years after graduation!

The West has been brainwashed into thinking that the only way to get rid of wrinkles or start looking younger; is to inject your face full of toxic goo or have the skin on your face cut.

I live and work in Miami Beach and it’s the world’s Spectacle of Surgical Augmentations and Manipulations!

Any surgery you can imagine being done to a man or woman, in order to reverse aging and suck away fat, have seen done! I also know the catastrophic results first hand of putting toxic stuff in your Temple!

If you put any kind of junk in your body that doesn’t belong there your body has to do extra work to get rid of it.

The energy that should keep you full of child like enthusiasm, is wasted on toxic cleanup.
Persons that get hooked on this stuff end up deformed or looking like their face is frozen in plastic.

Taking a knife to your face is only good for a shave!

There’s really only one path you want to take for your own vitality and well being. Take the natural approach.  Here is a Basic Starter Plan for you.

·       Smile

·       Breathe

·       Drink water

·       Eat “Organic Food”

·       Stretch

·       Walk

·       Run

·       Play

·       Meditate

·       Sleep

Make time for all of the above, every day of your life and do it in a conscious and loving way.
What do I mean by that?

Look at your body – every inch of it. Now Listen to your body – even when it’s quiet. Love your body – it’s your only true home!
These are the 3 L’s of Longevity. I hope they serve you well.

Wishing you Health, Wealth & Longevity!
