I just put my second crop of vegetables and seeds into the ground, of my Organic Garden; in South Florida.
My Garden is my Sanctuary, a true source of Organic foods, as well as a way to distress and recharge myself, after treating patients all week.
It’s important to recharge, for your Mental Health, in order to keep on keeping on.
I make sure I recharge my own batteries on a daily basis, for my Longevity and to help others get out of their muck.

When one works with the public, no matter if they are doctors, or sales clerks, we pick up other people’s Energy!
Sometimes that Energy is rich filled with Qi, Love and Goodwill, but other days we get all their hate, stress and frustration. Although it’s not aimed at you directly; It just flows off their Being, filled with Negative Energy. A bound up closed-off life of worry, insecurity, fear and sadness.
Some of us don’t have a way to let all that steam off, and before one knows it, you get sucked down a rabbit hole. What follows next, is physical sickness!
