Excessing Over The Corona Virus.

A patient of mine has been so freak out about the Corona Virus; that he thinks he’s going to die from it. Fear caused him to stayed home for a year and half, during the Pandemic.

He was first in line to get the new vaccine! Quickly he jumped in the queue again when offered the follow up! Like a kid on Christmas Eve, waiting for Santa Claus, my patient is hopping in; to be jabbed at first sight.

Last week he got pumped with the booster and flu shot at the same time! Now he’s very ill; and pleading with me to treat him.

Dan has always lived in, “Fear of the unknown.” He’s got an excessive, compulsive type of personality.

That’s defined as performing an action persistently and repetitively without it necessarily leading to an actual reward or pleasure.

Though these actions are engaged in monotony and consistency, they are experienced as aversive or troubling to the body. Many of his personality traits are cultivated from a place of fear.

In fact, there are millions of people who are excessive and compulsive, in many aspects of their life. Some very positive and some detrimental.

In my life I have been extreme with exercise, meditations, fasting, taking one class or seminar after another. The list goes on, but I digress.

I’ve never considered myself to be an unrestrained person, but one of my teacher’s pointed out, that to be balanced, One Must Have Moderation! Not too hot, not to cold, not to dry, not to wet!

When persons engage in too much enforcement, it becomes an oppression. They become trapped in a pattern of repetitive actions, or senseless thinking; from which can be difficult to break free of!

If you are going to extremes, at least make it positive ones!

Dan had so much fear of the virus, that he coerced himself into loading up with everything he could get into his body at once! Problem? His body couldn’t handle all the toxins that went along with the Jab.

Swollen lymph nodes under the arm.Although he thought he was doing all he could to protect himself, it didn’t work; and now he is in the hospital with numbness and tingling in his arms.
