Acupuncture, Recharging Qi Gong

Hit the beach tonight

Every Thursday evening I lead a group of students through the Recharging Qi Gong Exercises down at the beach and I want to see you there too!

We met on the Beach in Miami at 95 and Collins at 7:00 PM and train for an hour or so.

More and more people have started to show and its great fun.

What’s even more fun is hearing all the great results people are getting by using these special exercises to activate their energy, open the flow of the meridians, and start to “Recharge” their internal organs.

“My energy is much better”

“I am sleeping the entire night”

“I have far less anxiety”

“My Knee is fixed”

“I wake up refreshed”

“I’ve lost my moodiness”

“I no longer have pain in my joints”

“I’ve stopped taking my daily dose of ibuprofen”

“I’m having FUN again”

The list goes on and on.

And no, I’m not surprised.

For nearly forty years now I’ve been telling people “Move Your BODY!”

It so easy for us to forget how essential this is.

As spiritual beings it’s easy to imagine that we are much more than our physical bodies but we are our bodies too.

My teacher once said to me “Look at yourself in the mirror, take a good look. In the mirror YOU SEE the reflection of your body but in your body I SEE the reflection of your soul.”

I never looked in the mirror the same way again.

I’m getting ready to head to the beach right now and you can too if you’re in the Miami area. If you get this email later on join us next week!

There is no charge for the class. I get paid by doing the workout myself.

If you’re not in the Miami area, step away from the email and take your body (and your soul) out tonight and treat it right.
