No Resolutions No Forgiveness

Monday, December 31st, 2007

I’m not making any resolutions for 2008.

Not a single one.

Why?

Because I’m too busy to not do something.

It sounds funny I know, but if you really want to move forward in 2008 its time to try something different than a resolution.

A resolution is defined as the process of resolving something such as a problem or dispute.

Problematic orientation is not how you want to begin something new, especially a New Year.

I don’t resolve problems I open the flow and create openings for that new energy to come in and take the place of the old pattern or energy.

Instead of fighting an old habit or pattern replace it with something else.

In truth this is the only way change can happen anyway but most of the time we don’t notice the transformation. We only see the absence of the thing that was troubling us.

Even if you quit something like smoking its not that you suddenly delete that portion of the day you just did something different.

It’s far easier to consciously replace that activity with something beneficial than it is to simply omit it.

Choosing something new and goals always work better than resolutions.

I suggest making 9 new goals this year. Using the internal Feng Shui I talked about in the blog here-> http://www.energymedicinefl.com/qigongblog/2007/11/internal-feng-shui.html

In addition to not making any resolutions in 2008 I’m not forgiving anyone including myself.

Why?

Because who am I to forgive anybody else?
When we truly forgive there is nothing, no insult, no trespass, no crime.

Instead we accept and deepen our own love.

Like they say in my hometown of  Detroit it is what it is.

Life is not a scorecard.

Life is a perpetual river of opportunities for you to open or be closed.

It is in acceptance of others and ourselves that we find a true renewal of energy.

In acceptance we find wisdom to change ourselves and grow.

So I encourage you all to accept what has been and set your sites on what will be.

The wise know the future because they make it happen.

Let’s make it happen in 2008!

Wishing you the best in the New Year,

Dr. Wu Dhi

Internal Feng Shui

Friday, November 9th, 2007

Tonight Friday, the 9th of November is a very special night. It’s the new moon and the new moon is the time to set new goals for yourself and future projects.

It’s also the ninth of the month, a very auspicious number to many Asian cultures.

9 also corresponds with the nine stations of Feng Shui being the eight directions and the center.

I am taking advantage of this very special day to examine the goals in all nine stations of my life.

I encourage you to do the same tonight and experience how quickly you will clear out the clutter and begin to realize your hearts desires if you follow my method.

First take a few minutes to use your body and give your mind a break.

An excellent way to do this would be practicing the Organ Toning Yin Set from the Recharging Qi Gong.

Once you have relaxed your mind and woken up your body sit down with a pen and piece of paper.

Now consider the 9 domains of life as established in the Chinese system of Feng Shui being:

  1.             -career / journey
  2.             -relationship / marriage
  3.             -family / ancestors / elders
  4.             -money / fortunate blessings / wealth
  5.             -spiritual
  6.             -travel / helpful people
  7.             -projects / creativity / children
  8.             -self cultivation / inner knowledge
  9.             -success / reputation / fame

And write a goal for each of these domains.

I think you will find that by making considerations of what you want to have in each of these domains you will discover areas of your life that you have not been paying attention to or have forgot to actively maintain.

This use of Feng Shui is way more powerful than simply moving the furniture.

This is about finding balance in your life.

When it comes to the domain self cultivation and inner knowledge the best Feng Shui is the system of Qi Gong I developed. The Recharging Qi Gong.

The same care and consideration that goes into treating my patients went into this program. It is truly the best routine that I could fit on the 2 DVDs and the 108 page manual. I even threw in 5 free gifts so that you could have all the foundational meditations that I teach.

If you don’t have it yet I strongly recommend you get it today as a way to activate the power of this special evening and bring you closer to your goals of health and longevity.

Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness,
