The Power of Dragon Energy

I have a real attraction for Chinese dragons and the true meaning of dragon energy.

They say that Dragons were benevolent creatures with divine origins. Chinese myth maintains that dragons lived alongside mankind, providing protection and guidance. Dragons are known as powerful mystical creatures often considered as the masters of rain, river and ocean. They are mostly associated with imperial power and authority.

In ancient China the emperors called themselves, “the true dragons and sons of heaven.” They believe they’re the descendants of dragons. When I was in China, I noticed that many of the old buildings had dragons. Dragon Energy is a metaphor used in Taoist magic when things are flowing in the same direction, on the same path. It is also used during birth or some big event.

In China, when people are tightly united with the same goal in mind and have the same vision, they have Dragon Energy. The Chinese uses a dragon as their first icon for the race which represents the thing they emphasize most: togetherness and united minds.

In Feng Shui, the dragon energy is talked about all the time. This dragon energy is actually the pre-heaven energy that comes from nature and can transform everything.  Dragon energy is formless and invisible. It is the energy that holds the potential for the future. Dragon Energy is formless. You can see the head and the result, but never the tail.

Dragon energy in nature is the essence of creation. It powers everything in nature. The more dragon energy in a garden, a tree, or a river – the healthier it is. When a person has good dragon energy, he or she is united inside and out. Their health and vitality is on point.

When your energy isn’t at its peak, you may need to redirect it to a higher source. I’ve helped coach many people to recapture their dragon energy getting the Qi rushing through their bodies and minds again.
