Training for Battle

I received an email from Richard today and he said,
“Dr. Wu, it seems like I am living on the battle field of life.
I’m swamped at work and I’m over obligated with so many

things that it seems to block my power and energy.  Plus my
family sucks out the rest of my juice.  I always seem to be
stressed out. Please HELP!”

Richard, you’re not the only one to be in this predicament.
Sometimes life is like a battle and to keep from being
slaughtered, there are things that are a MUST.

A warrior knows when to rest, when to train and when it’s
time to sharpen his sword. As Kenny Rogers said in that old
song the Gambler, “You got to know when to hold ’em,
know when to fold ’em, know when to walk away and
know when to run.”

The important thing is to know how to prepare yourself
for those battles and what training will give you the edge.
You certainly want to be well trained before you step on
the battle field and if you are in the midst of things, it’s
not the right time to train. That’s the time to kick ass!

When you do a regular training or practice, it works a
multitude of things in your life. Even the fiercest warriors
take time to recharge. They sharpen their swords to prepare
for the next battle.

The battles of today are different than our forefathers. We’re
no longer cutting off limbs and dismembering our opponents.
But just the intense work and basic stresses of life these days
can kill you alone.

If you don’t train and just continue to battle, you will get
slaughtered for sure!

Just today, I had a patient come in with itchy skin, restlessness,
agitated and couldn’t sleep the night before. It didn’t take but one
second to diagnose her condition. She had too much heat in her
body. By the time she left everything was calm, cool, and collected.
I advised her to go to my web site www.rechargingqigong.com
and get on the mailing list. I am going to send her great exercises
that will give her better sleep, keep her stress free and cool for
the summer.

These health tips are all available on www.rechargingqigong.com.
Share them with your relatives and friends and have them sign up
today. They’ll thank you a million times!
