Internal Healing.

I have been doing Internal Exercise like Qi Gong, Tai Chi and other Taoist exercises now for over 30 years.

It’s one thing that I have found that has really made a difference in my health! 

“DOING THE EXERCISES” one need to take the time to cultivate energy, if they want to slow down the aging processes. These exercises really work far better then the Gym, tennis, golf, running and most of the exercises we do in the west.

Internal exercises are to strengthen the internal organs. The focus is to move the energy and get the blood and oxygen to the lungs, heart, liver, kidney and spleen.

The movement of Qi (energy) on a regular basic will keep those organs toxin free and nourish your entire body, especially the brain and sex organs by strengthening the kidneys.

All you have to do is practice regularly. Of course there is always more to do, for best results.
