Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Chinese New Year

Beauty Is Skin Deep.

Beauty is only skin deep, but ugliness goes clear to the bone.

Every Full Moon and New Moon, I teach a Meditation Class on zoom.

This last week’s New Moon Class, fell on the Chinese New Year,  February 11th, and has brought us into the year of the Metal Ox.

There is a story in China of the Ox.
Once upon a time in China, all oxen lived luxurious lives in Heaven, and never had to work.

People on earth labored long and hard to grow food without any help from a Beast of Burden.

Often they had no food for 4 or 5 days, at a time.

The Emperor of All the Heavens felt sorry for them, so he issued a decree that they should eat once every three days.

Unfortunately, Ox Star, who was sent down to deliver the message, got mixed up and reported back, “The Emperor declares you shall eat 3 times a day, every day!”

For his mistake, Ox Star and the other Oxen were sent to earth to assist the people in working hard laboring. That’s why in old China, they had the Ox to plow the fields.

When I was on my way to the Longhu  Mountain, I would see the Oxen in the rice fields and that wasn’t too many years ago.

Longhu Shan in (Chinese is,  ‘Dragon Tiger Mountain.’ It is famous for being one of the birthplaces of Taoism.

If you want success in an Ox Year, they say work hard and stay focused, and success will be certain as night follows day!

We are all Energetic beings, and if you focus on building your Energy Body, you will truly improve your physical form as well.

That’s why the Medical Qi Gong is so important to feed your Qi, your Nervous System your Bones, Organs, Muscles and make your skin and hair radiant!

Beauty and Health comes from within, all the external stuff will pass quickly.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth & Happiness!
