Weight Loss Anyone?

Not a day goes by without patients asking me if Qi Gong will help them lose weight.

My answer is a resounding Yes!
However it takes more than just the Qi Gong to keep it off!

The Practice of Qi Gong will help to move the Qi in the Meridians and therefore bring more Oxygen and Blood to the entire body.

This burns more calories; and you can definitely shed some pounds. Qi Gong exercises will restore the Flow of Qi, while Medical Qi Gong will clear both Physical Pain, plus Mental and Emotional problems.

If you can; picture the human body as a series of Energetic Rivers. One for each organ, in the entire body.

They are called Meridians; and the Qi flows through them. If there is a imbalance Mentally, Physically, Emotionally or Spiritually; it causes a blockage or stagnation of energy and a dis-ease will surely appear soon or later.

There is more to it than just moving the Qi. Diet is very important! Sugar is an enemy and so are complex carbohydrates, cookies, pies and cakes are all a No No, until you reach your goal and get back into balance!
 
Read all food labels before you buy. If it says high fructose corn syrup, don’t buy it and don’t eat it! Corn is used to fatten up animals for slaughter.

Also a good attitude is very important and your self talk as well. Speak kind things over yourself.

If you are crying because your butt is too big, or your belly is hanging over your pants; Change what you eat and change your self talk. You become what you say you are!
