Nefarious Toxins In The Earth.

We are exposed to so many toxins on a daily basis. In today’s world; count exposure to bad air quality, tainted water, as well as chemicals and a huge amount of radio frequencies from 5G networks, and you have a nefarious combination.

It’s kind of hard to avoid some of these poisons because they have increased so much, from the air you breathe to your table. How does it affect you?
 
The effects of all the toxicity has spiked Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes and even our attention span has been shortened due to toxin exposure.

I have an influx of patients complaining about brain fog. It’s nearly impossible to escape toxicity. Even if you’ve never drank unfiltered water from the tap, grow all your own food organically and clean your home with all natural organic products; the toxins are hidden in so many things and are affecting all of us in some way or another. 
 
The body can handle some toxin exposure. The goal should always be to reduce your toxic burden. Stress will put an additional burden on your Immune System and can cause havoc on your entire Body and Mind. 
 
I focus on Three main Organs in order to Detox your Temple. The Liver, Kidneys and the Large Intestine.  

The Kidney and Liver are our Filters; and will remove lots of junk, but if you are always in a state of Anger or live-in fear, these emotions will contribute to the mess. Kindness and gentleness are the Antidote to keeping you healthy.

Regarding the Large Intestine; it a huge part of the Detox, The emotion connected to it sadness grief. The positive emotion is valor and courageousness.
 
To keep yourself and family healthy at this time make sure you are getting sufficient sleep,  focusing, your attention on being positive emotional regulation, coordination and stamina, and more. 
 
Buy organic or growing your own vegetables. 

Avoid processed sugar. There are more than 50 names for processed sugar and an epidemic of insulin resistance and pre-diabetes in this country.  
Dyes, flavors and preservatives also poison the brain and cause attention and behavioral problems.
 
Look for unrefined coconut sugar, raw honey and maple syrup – natural sweeteners. 


What’s important to remember is that we are never going to completely eliminate toxins. We can’t live in a bubble, and we shouldn’t want to.
 
Our bodies are built to be able to handle a little bit of stress – not necessarily the toxic load of today’s world, but we do have livers, kidneys, lungs, excretory patterns and sweat to help us drain the toxins!
 
 
Keep yourself healthy and limit exposure, to ensure those detoxification pathways are clear!
