Know When To Rest Your Mind & Body.

Rest and Relaxation not only reduces stress, but it also improves your overall health.

Persons can easily work a full day, be perfectly in-tuned and focused; when they are well rested. An over active mind however, gets tired as well as an overly active body.

Include time to quiet your thoughts and allow your mind to rest, is a big part of the healing process. 

Stress is a killer, and if not managed, will weaken your Immune System. That’s when the opportunistic diseases invade the body.

For the most part; stress is not a problem if your body can handle it, but if you are over-overwhelmed and it’s eating you up, you must take a break!

I handle Stress by Training Daily, Meditating and I make sure to take breaks! A quick getaway on a long weekend is a plus, whether it’s for work or study; I slip my vacation right into it! In fact it’s the most important part of the trip! How can you work hard and not play hard?

As a doctor I have to Protect my Energy and restore my batteries daily, that’s why I practice Qi Gong, also.

Qi Gong is a Energetic form of exercise that will Renew and Restore your Qi.

If you Learn and Practice regularly, you will be able to ‘eat the energy,’ but if no practice, the energy may eat you!
