Fear Be Gone!

When I was a young boy, I lived in Detroit; about a mile from the movie theater.

I still remember the name of the place. It was called Mercury Theater. The ceiling was decorated with stars and planets. As a little kid that was beautiful to me!

Every Saturday they had a double feature matinee, with Scary Monster Movies, like The Creature from the Black Lagoon or some scary Tarzan movie.

I loved going to the Movies, eating Popcorn, Raisinets and watching my favorite shows with friends.

The only problem is that after watching those scary movies, I would be terrified at night and had the worst nightmares! So I made a decision never to go to the Jungle or a Dark Lagoon, because I kept imagining a green monster grabbing my foot. I don’t even like swimming in lakes with seaweed; specially if it gets caught on my foot.

Fear affects the Kidneys and causes us to contract our bodies, so I spent many years toughening up by learning different forms of Martial Arts; like Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, Wing Chun and Kung Fu.

Through these principles I learnt that there are (3) Three different things to improve one’s growth. First you become a Warrior, learning things like Martial Arts, Business and how to take care of yourself. Then you become a Healer and Learn how to heal yourself first, then family, friend and finally your community!

Eventually you become a Priest and that’s where the Spirit work of Healing, Nei Gong and Shen Yun comes in.

The combination of The Three, make you Strong, Vibrant; and allows you to take those childhood fears and toss them out and you will become more gentle with every aspect of our life.

In today’s world where there is so much fear, how will we support ourselves? How will we stay healthy? How will we survive?

Friends it’s time to pay attention to your Health, Diet, Exercise and your Internal Work. Qi Gong, Yoga and Meditation; to name a few.

Come in and let me help you to sustain your Mental, Spiritual and Physical Health.
