Dream Works!

Have you ever had a dream and then ended up at the location that you dreamt about?

Well I have!

Thirty Three (33) years ago, I told my Meditation Master that I had enough Spiritual work to move forward alone; and planned on leaving the group settings.

He said, “Ok, but do me a favor before leaving.”

I replied, “Whatever you need.”

Meditation Master, “Would you be willing to go Up State New York to work on a Stupa that is being constructed?”

Me, “Absolutely!”

I packed up my tools and headed to Big Indian NY, immediately. At that time, I had no idea what a Stupa was but was honored to work on the project!

Stupas are said to promote Harmony, Prosperity, Longevity, Good Health and Peace. They bring blessings to the environment in which they are built, to those who build them, and to those who visit and venerate them. In this way, Stupas ensure that the living quality of the Buddhist teachings will always be available.

After my dream, I knew I needed to revisit and see what this auspicious dream would bring!

I met the Lama and we immediately connected! That was Pre-Covid, when our world seemed safe.

We caught up over tea in the garden; and I quickly realized that the practices that I’ve been doing religiously for many years, are the main practices this Lama teaches and practices! How awesome is that!

I am telling you this story again because I am headed back to Big Indian this weekend, to reconnect to the physically Energy of the Stupa and the Lama.

Not knowing what to expect, I am going with my Heart and Spirit fully open, to give and receive in Abundance! Spiritual work is so rewarding, unpredictable and adventurous!

Our dreams bring us many messages. They are like Sleep Telegrams.

The interpretation of dreams goes back to prehistoric times. Tribal Shamans took dreams seriously, working with their own dreams as well as those reported by members of their tribes.

Dreams were sources of knowledge and messages from the Great Spirit,
our Interior Universe; to explore other dimensions of Being.

We open ourselves up to Powers or Energies that can guide and deliver us to a Body of Knowledge and Potential that can serve the whole of humanity, not just ourselves. This is the essence of Shamanism.

Contemporary Shamanic dreamwork attempts to understand the Spirit and Energy contained within the dream to bring about Integration or Resolution on an Energetic Level.

I will keep you informed about the happenings Up State, over the next week and perhaps we can all open up to the Spirit within!

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth & Happiness!
