A Fresh Start!

The New Year is rapidly approaching!

Whenever the year is ending; people start to make their New Year’s Resolutions. Mostly to improve their diet, exercise more, lose weight, drink more water, eat more greens, get more rest, peace of mind, and more gratitude. Just to name a few……

Come Valentine’s Day, all that’s out the window, in most cases!

People forget what they wanted to get; and forgot what they committed to!

When you want to change something in your life, you are trying to establish a new habit. To make a new habit stick, it takes 90 days of practice.

For instance, let’s say you started a training program at the gym and your muscles become very sore. Don’t phone it in, you have to show up again the next day; and the following to create a habit to get your body accustomed to working out on a regular basis. That, ladies and gentlemen is how you form a habit!

Every morning we arise and brush our teeth, them have some coffee or tea.

If there is no toothpaste or coffee, we get your knickers in a twist!

That’s because we are naturally habitual creatures.

Humans are a little like robots, we enjoy order and get comfortable doing the same things all the time.

Although we all claim to love change, we tend to like the changes happening over the fence, but not so much in our own home!

There is an Ancient Chinese Formula based on the principles of Feng Shui; called the Magic Square.

It touches on 9 different aspects of your life.

I put together a Program that will move you in the right direction. It’s called, “The Magic Square.”

Here is the link to purchase it. https://rechargingqigong.com/products/magic-square-workshop/
