How to Use the Spring Wood Element Energy

In just a matter of few weeks, spring will be here
in the Northern Hemisphere. The so-called Vernal
Equinox will happen on Sunday, March
20th, 2016. The Spring Equinox is a time for
fertility and sowing seeds. This is the time when
the Wood element is most active and nature’s
fertility goes a bit berserk.

After the long, cold winter, it’s time to get out
once again and practice some of those fertility
dances. Springtime is associated with the element,
Wood. In the Five-Element Theory, the Wood element
represents the Liver and the Gallbladder. The
Liver function is called the Official of Strategic
Planning, the grand architect for our vision of
the future; this official sees the directions we
must take to live our lives in harmony with the
universe. Its partner, the Gallbladder, gives us
the ability to make decisions, judge wisely, and
see the clear and appropriate course to take.
Without Wood’s vision and plan, it would be
downright impossible to make decisions and get
direction. The Wood element within us governs our
sense of vision, the emotion of anger, and the
sound of shouting. When vision is stifled, we feel
anger: we’ve made our plan, decided to act, taken
aim, and suddenly our plans are thwarted. We’re
told: “No, you can’t!” Everything that said “Go”
is now blocked. At times like this, we commonly
feel anger and frustration and want to shout. If
our Wood is healthy, we can readjust and begin
again.

The first New Moon on March 8th brings us another
eclipse. This is a great opportunity to formulate
your goals. Get the Magic Square formula
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTg4ODAwMnwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x
and decide what you want. It’s best to have it
complete by March 19th, the first day of spring.
Once you have your Magic Square board finished
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTg4ODAwM3wxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x
your life will change for the better. You will bring in
exactly what you want with all the power of the
Wood element behind you, as well as the solar
energy of the New and Full Moon eclipse.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

Full Moon Christmas

Full Moon Christmas

Christmas Full Moon. This will not happen again for 19 years.

Magic is in the air. It’s Christmas and the full

Christmas Full Moon

Christmas Full Moon. This will not happen again for 19 years.

Enjoy the double energy rush. The moon is assigned
the number 9. This year, when we add up the
numbers 12.25.2015, we also end in the number 9;
(18 – 1+8 = 9). Nine is the culmination of all the
numbers before it, representing the Enneagram in
sacred geometry, a threshold between the material
world and that of spirit. Nine is the
peacemaker because it is more devoted to the quest
for internal and external peace. Nine is the
number of “spiritual seekers” who connect with the
cosmos as well as with other people. Nine is
mystery itself, and this moon is full with the
promise of all that has been brewing during 2015.
In Taoist system, the number 9 is the luckiest
and, according to the Taoist teacher, Michel Winn,
there are 9 essential principles of Tao
self-cultivation:

1. Surrender: If we trust and surrender to the Life
Force (Chi or Qi Field), the Life Force will flow
into our body-mind. The Life Force supports us to
effortlessly unfold who we truly are. Surrender is
the prerequisite to expressing the highest level
of our individual freewill and creativity. The
central challenge our ordinary ego-personality
(heart-mind or “xin” in Chinese) faces is the
separation, fragmentation, and dispersion of our
underlying soul essence. Cloudy and reactive
emotions, poor sexual habits, bad diet, shallow
breathing, self-judgments, negative thinking, and
rejection of the spiritual nature of our physical
body results in struggle, disease, suffering, and
unhappy feeling of incompletion in life. Our
resistance to life is what kills us.
Self-cultivation teaches us to let go of our
resistance to the Life Force.

2. Harmony: The Life Force is about process. It is
made of three streams of vast, flowing
consciousness or chi that harmonizes all life:
negative-receptive-female (Yin),
positive-creative-male (Yang), and
neutral-stabilizing-primordial (Yuan). This chi
field is all-penetrating, yet remains neutral or
paradoxically still even as it moves. Likewise,
our soul rests in stillness while the Life Force
moves in Yin-Yang and Five Phase (element) cycles
through our essence. These flowing cycles/seasons
offer a simple and perfect mirroring between our
changing inner thoughts, feelings, perceptions,
and the outer action of Nature. Taoist qigong is
the process of communicating with the Life Force.
Qigong trains us to speak the language of subtle
energy or chi. We learn practical ways to
harmonize the three currents of chi flowing
amongst our self, our community, and nature.

3. Simplicity: On the outside, life is very complex.
On the inside, it is very simple. The Inner Smile
is the Tao path of simplicity. It’s simple when
you open the heart of your soul to unconditionally
accept first your own body-mind. Second phase is
to accept everything “Other” as part of a unified,
flowing essence of the Life Force. The Inner Smile
is the simplest way to keep your path
heart-centered. This simple, continuous act of
acceptance ends all separation and loneliness,
causing a soul peace to arise within our
personality. Our path in each moment is to allow
our smiling presence to embrace life’s wonderful
complexity. It is this simple foundation of
smiling, unconditional acceptance that allows all
spiritual qualities such as love, kindness,
compassion and forgiveness to unfold
spontaneously.

4. Grounding: Taoist qigong & meditation fuse our ego
into a strong, grounded, integrated whole. Qigong
allows our heart-mind and physical body to achieve
optimum health. Meditation merges our personality
and body with our soul or “ling”. This “whole-body
enlightenment” can be achieved while living an
ordinary life in a physical body. Being centered
in life means being grounded, physically and
spiritually.

5. Integrity: Qigong (chi kung) movement exercises
and meditation (neigong or nei kung) are two main
pillars of Tao self-cultivation. They empower a
third pillar – the expression of personal
integrity or innate spiritual virtue (“de”) in
daily life. Study of the I Ching (Book of
Unchanging Changes), feng shui, Chinese astrology,
the outer elixirs of Chinese medicine (massage,
nutrition, herbology), sexual energy cultivation,
and self-expression through creative arts complete
the eight pillars of our personal Tao or “Way”.
Together, these eight offer us practical skills to
grow the central ninth pillar, and realize our
soul’s highest destiny, our integration with the
Great Tao.

6. Sexual Sagehood: Our volatile male-female
sexuality is reflected in the polar split between
the two halves of our soul, the Heaven-formless
spirit and Earth-form sexually embodied aspect.
But sex is our soul’s secret alchemical elixir. If
we know how to tap our sexual volatility, we can
quickly transform spiritually. Taoist sexual
practice with a partner and solo meditative inner
sexual alchemy both use our tangible sexual
essence to “capture” and crystallize the invisible
essence of our spirit. This union of our sexual
and spiritual selves births a “third self” – an
androgynous, bi-sexual Inner Sage that manifests
our immortal, non-dual Original Nature. Our Inner
Sage is able to embody non-dual energy (yuan chi)
while present in a sexually polarized male or
female body, and simultaneously express our unique
individual will.

7. Transformation: The core Taoist spiritual practice
is Internal Alchemy (neidan gong). Alchemy is
transformation, the process of speeding up
internal change. Both science and art, this
meditative process offers a heart-centered
systematic method to transform the apparent
spirit-matter split within a single lifetime.
Inside every human being lives a mystical trinity.
In the West, this trinity might be called
body-mind-spirit, but their meaning is vague. In
Taoism, the trinity is jing-chii-shen, with very
precise meaning. Alchemical meditation speeds up
the transformations between sexual essence
(“jing”), subtle breath (“chi”), and
intelligence-spirit (“shen”). The three are really
the same, but vibrating at different speeds to
give our soul greater freedom of expression.

8. Immortality: Tao inner alchemy offers Seven
Alchemy Formulas for Eternal Life. These seven
stages are a practical map to spiritually rebirth
the mortal self into an immortal consciousness
that continues functioning after death. This is
not a quest for physical immortality. Ordinary
souls dissolve after death. Enlightened souls hold
enough integrity to reincarnate consciously, a
kind of soul immortality. Spiritual immortality is
the stage beyond enlightenment. It allows us to
complete the natural process of soul individuation
that is happening in both our Lesser
Self/personality as well as our cosmic Greater
Self. Spiritual Immortality is nature’s way to
allow the most worthy individual beings to
participate in the ongoing creation of the divine
multi-verse.

9. Spontaneity: Every soul seeks two things. One, to
complete its unique worldly destiny. Two, to
achieve a high spiritual destiny of consciously
merging back into its Original Spirit. But destiny
is not a fixed or pre-determined path. There is
only the effortless, spontaneous unfolding of each
moment (“wuwei”). The Supreme Mystery (Wuji) that
births the Life Force will always remain
unknowable and unpredictable, even as we gradually
merge with the vastness of the Tao. This central
Mystery lives in the core of our inner self and
keeps all life eternally fresh, joyful, and
spontaneous.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

P.S. A very Merry Christmas to you. Thank you for
all your love and support.

Sexual Power Enhancement

Sexual Power Enhancement

We all seek out and hope to mate with each other.
This is a normal process to perpetuation of our
species. It also explains that certain features
are extremely enticing to the opposite sex because
they indicate signs of fertility and health.

Our need to exist and to perpetuate that existence
drives us like a bee to honey. If you like it or
not, you are just like a wild animal, but with a
certain degree of sophistication. As humans, we
don’t think of ourselves as just a production
machine to produce babies, or being a wild animal.
But evolution and biological urges drive us to
mate and reproduce. We are driven by the pleasure
of sex as well as the natural urge.

Imagine you are gazing into your lover’s eyes. You
may be thinking that you have risen higher than
that lustful sex machine that you believe you have
transcend with that urge filled with lust. But, in
truth, it’s just nature’s way of packaging that
drive to reproduce our species. Two human beings
courting each other are essentially the same as
two wild animals at mating time. We have a
certain way of giving off a scent and a signal,
which comes down to this person healthy enough,
young enough to bear offspring. By the same token,
the accouterments of human courtship – romance,
flowers, music, and moonlight dinners – are really
just nature’s way of getting two people together.

The Power of Sex

Nature is ruthless. Nature must prevail. So,
nature finds the means to get a male and a female
to mate. This, basically, is the scientific
approach to physical attraction. All this sexual
excitement is a good thing, but as humans, we want
more than just the act of “cumming and going”. We
want satisfying sexual experiences.

In Dr. Wu Dhi’s Sexual Qi Gong program
http://goo.gl/PYjEe0, you will learn how to
enhance your sexual experience and be a better
lover. You will get that feeling of Boundless
Energy and Whole Body Orgasms. You will learn the
Power of Magnetic Attraction without Drugs,
Sprays, or Love Toys. The techniques in Dr. Wu
Dhi’s Sexual Qi Gong program are practiced by
Masters for Longevity and Increased Sexual Power,
and so can you.

Don’t delay for another day. Get it on the way you
always wanted. http://goo.gl/PYjEe0

Taking The Warrior Stance

Taking The Warrior Stance

I woke up early this morning around 3:30 and
decided to read for a while before I started my
meditation or Qi Gong practice. I just grabbed
something off the shelf, not really looking for
anything special. I started to read an old book
that I must have had for years, “Fighting to Win”
by David J. Rogers. The first chapter “Stepping
onto the Battlefield” started with an interesting
question, “When was the last time you were in a
fight?” As you look back into your life, you may
remember your first fight. Do you remember that
first bloody nose or black eye that some wise guy
laid on you? When was your last fight? Years ago?
Last week? Today? Or maybe you are in a fight
right now and don’t even know it.

We may have been led to believe that fighting was
a once-in-a-while thing, but the truth is, we are
always fighting for one thing or another. There
are opponents everywhere, internally and
externally. It could be in your business or
personal life, but nevertheless, the battle goes
on. As Rogers states in the book, “Anything out
there standing between you and your peace,
prosperity, and well-being is an outer opponent,
and you are battling for it. The inner battle is
just as strong as and sometimes even more
challenging than outer battles.”

The battle with yourself is what keeps you blocked
and from reaching your full potential. Things
like, laziness, procrastination, restlessness,
overthinking, and other internal conflicts that
may be going on in your mind, even guilt and fear,
can stop you cold in your tracks. The list can go
on and on, and it will block you on every front,
keeping you enslaved.

How can you free yourself of this challenging
adversary? Who knows all of your moves,
strategies, and has every skill you do?

First thing is to know exactly where you want to
go. People usually know everything that they don’t
want, but not many have a clear idea of where and
what they really want in their life. Do you know
what you want in all domains of your life?

• Get in the habit of deciding what you want to do
and doing it once and for all.
• Don’t squander your time.
• Take control over the quality of and how you
conduct your life.
• Assume a power position and be willing to choose
your own path.
• Live with tremendous power of action.

Maybe you have some reasons why you can’t do this
or that. It’s just an illusion. There is nothing
stopping you except your greatest adversary…YOU!

Now is the time to change and assume a warrior
stance. Get a copy today of my Magic Square
workshop http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTQ3NDE2OHwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x and I’ll coach you
through it. That’s right! Once you watch the program

personally meet with you on the phone, Skype,
WhatsApp or Viber. Whatever it takes, “you will
achieve it, you just have to believe it”. This is a

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

How to have Sex as Often as You Want

How to have Sex as Often as You Want…

It was around two thousand years ago when the
Chinese Daoists were writing about sex. They
regarded lovemaking as a necessary element of our
physical and mental well-being. I find it
interesting that the Westerner’s attitude towards
erotic pictures is called pornography. This
doesn’t happen in China or Japan where there are
no restrictions or censorship. Although the
Chinese culture is modest for the most part, they
have been very open to the real reasons of sex and
lovemaking without any influence from the Church
or pharmaceutical companies. Sex is normal and
doesn’t have the underlined first sin attached to
it, or for that matter, any other incriminating
behavior.

Sex is useful, enjoyable, and necessary. It keeps
our DNA living as we pass our seeds down to the
future of our humanity. Sex also has many health
benefits that you need to learn. In the occidental
societies, we have been influenced by many
religions making our sexual life dirty, and we are
made to believe that we should be ashamed of our
sexuality. In public, ejaculation is never talked
about and is frowned upon. We never talk about it
but, ejaculation is normally practiced at home,
and even by the churchgoers who try to keep their
lovelife a hush. Hush are blowing their rocks
every opportunity they can.

The Chinese believe that excessive ejaculation can
injure your health, and age you long before your
time. After the age of 40 or 50, a man must be
very careful not to force ejaculation. The Chinese
Taoist taught that orgasm and ejaculation were not
one and the same. Calling ejaculation the climax
of pleasure is really just a harmful habit. Not
saying one should stop making love but, there is a
need to relearn lovemaking techniques so you get
energy from it and never drain your energy. Most
of us have never studied sex as a health benefit,
and never took a course in being a better lover.

You can see that most men don’t have a clue, and
think love making is about their cumming and
going. Well, guys wake up! You can be a better
lover, and stay healthier and younger with Dr. Wu
Dhi’s Sexual Qi Gong program

Healing Words

Monday, December 8th, 2014

When a patient’s under my care, I stay in touch
with them at least a few times a week to make sure
that they’re following the treatment plan and are
doing okay. But, when a patient or a student is
going to have surgery or any other
life-threatening situation, I talk to them a lot
more frequently. Sometimes to find out how the
treatment is going, but mostly, just to touch-base
and share with them a few kind words. When I was
young, my dad used to do something called “sick
and good will”. If someone was in the hospital
that he knew, he’d go visit. I asked him one day,
“Dad, why do you do that?” And he said,
“Sometimes, people just need someone to talk to.”
So, I guess I picked this up from Dad.

Frank was in the hospital for more than a year and
I called him just about every day, sometimes two
or three times a day, just to find out how he was
doing, give him a few encouraging words, or send
him a picture of a pretty scene at the beach. This
is just what I do. I thought everybody did that
for someone that they knew who was ailing. Frank’s
now out of the hospital and feeling much better
and starting to build his life again. He called me
last night and thanked me for all the healing
energy that I sent him over the last year. I asked
him what he was talking about, and he said, “You
were my support person for the whole year. You
told me what to eat and what to stay away from.
You reminded me to stay hydrated. You talked me
through meditations and taught me exercises to
heal my body, mind and spirit. I finally got past
the rough part but I couldn’t have done it without
you. I’m wondering if you would be willing to
consult with my nephew and help him through a
rough period. He would gladly pay for your
services and I know it would help tremendously.”

I told Frank I would be more than happy to call
his nephew and see what type of treatment plan we
could work out from afar. He lives in Michigan and
I run my practice out in Florida. The first thing
I did was suggested that he tunes in on my radio
show, Energy Medicine Radio at
www.bbsradio.com/energymedicineradio. I got a show
coming up on December 9th and December 23rd at
8:00 PM EST. Another option is to go to my YouTube
station www.youtube.com/drwudhi. Also, he can like
my pages on Facebook, Wudhi-Energy Medicine and
Energy Medicine Radio. And for sure, have him go
to my website, www.rechargingqigong.com and sign
up for my newsletter. He’ll get letters, recipes,
meditations, and invitations to some of the best
information on the planet on how to stay healthy,
happy, and hopefully, wealthy. If he’s so
inclined, I have a multitude of products that will
change his life for the best.

Kidney Power Equals Sexual Power

Thursday, December 4th, 2014
Share

Old Man Winter is knocking on the door. This time
of the year is ruled by the Water element. The
kidneys are known as the official who controls the
waterways. In Western medicine, the function of
the kidneys is usually to filter the blood and get
rid of the wastes which are excreted in the urine.
Our kidneys control the body’s fluid balance,
regulate electrolytes, and maintain the acid-base
balance of the blood. Our kidneys also produce
hormones. When your kidneys are out of balance, it
will just be a wreck.

In Chinese medicine, if there is low back pain,
hearing loss, hair loss, low libido, or knee pain,
it all points to the kidneys. The water element
has the color of blue, the sound of groaning, and
the emotion of excess or lack of fear. Excess fear
manifests as timidity, anxiety, and immobility
like frozen in fear. On the positive side, the
kidney is about gentleness. As we move closer and
closer to winter, being gentle with yourself is
very important to balance your body, mind and
spirit. It’s a time to sleep longer, eat warming
meals and conserve your sexual energy. Staying
warm is especially important to keep your lower
back warm, like tying a sweater around your waist
and stay out of cold breezes.

In ancient times, they would always make sure that
the emperor’s kidneys were very strong. At that
time, the emperor had many concubines and had to
perform sexually. So, his doctors and herbalists
would make sure that he got the proper nutrition,
herbal formulas, and knew the Daoist sexual
secrets. Not only would these keep the emperor
young and vibrant but also he was able to rule
China.

The Luckiest Number of All

Friday, October 24th, 2014
Share

The number nine is the highest single-digit number
in base ten; it stands for completeness and
eternity. In ancient China the emperors wore
Nine-Dragons on his ceremonial robe to show great
power, and hope for longevity. When I was in China
I visited the Forbidden City in Beijing. My guide
pointed out the 9 dragons on top of each building
with the emperor in front of them. The Forbidden
City is considered a palace of Nine and has 9,999
rooms. The three major halls; the Hall of Supreme
Harmony, Hall of Central Harmony, and Hall of
Preserved Harmony are all of a height of 9 Zhang
and 9 Chi ancient Chinese length units. There are
81 doornails in nine rows and nine columns on each
gate. The number of almost all the stairs is nine
or a multiple of nine. In fact the Summer Palace
and the Temple of Heaven are also based on number
nine. The number 9 is about understanding the
connections between all of mankind. In Feng Shui
the number nine represents heaven and perfection.
It’s the most powerful single number and is also
seen as a very lucky number. Whenever I perform a
house blessing or space clearing, I always chant
the blessings and chime the bells 9 times before
and after the blessing ceremony.
Make this your lucky day. If you are moving into a
new space or notice your house has a creeping
feeling in a few rooms, contact me and we’ll
clean, clear, and bless your space and bring back your luck and good fortune.

Killer Black Mold Attack!

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014
Share

My friend Victoria moved out of her apartment just
in time to save her own life. Last month, we had
days of stormy weather with lots and lots of heavy
wind and rain in Southern Florida. It was a mess
and little to her knowledge, Victoria’s closet got
wet. Usually, its no big thing. You just have to
get a few things cleaned and you are done with it.
But, this time, it was a big problem. She got hit
with black killer mold within a few days.

Toxic black mold causes serious symptoms and
health problems, such as mental impairment,
breathing problems, damage to internal organs and
organ systems including cardiovascular, skin,
eyes, immune, and reproductive, tiredness and
discomfort, and sometimes, even death.

The trichothecene mycotoxins mold spores produced
by toxic black mold are neurotoxic. This means
they can kill neurons in the brain and impair a
person’s mental ability. They also cause nervous
disorders, such as tremors, and can cause
personality changes, such as mood swings and
irritability.

There are a slew of other symptoms so she had to
get out of there ASAP.

Its not easy to find a nice place to live in
South Florida as its the hottest real estate in
the world right now and prices are sky high. After
looking at 20 different apartments, she finally
found a nice place to live and that’s when she
called me.

Dr. Wu Dhi, I need you to come over and clear my
place out of unwanted spirits and the old, stale
energy. A couple who lived there just got a
divorce and the manager said they were fighting
every night for months and that he was glad they
moved out.

Now we have to clear out the old energy before
Victoria makes her move and before she spends one
single night there.

The longer negative energies stay, it can get
latched on to you, the stronger it becomes and the
weaker you will feel. Don’t take a risky chance
with your energy. Set up an appointment to clear
up the old energy and protect your home today.
http://rechargingqigong.com/house-cleanse.html

It’s high time to clean up your energy and
protect your home and family from negative
pollution!

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. If you think this couldn’imagest happen to you, you
are just kidding yourself. Energy gets imprinted
into the walls and the building or house you are
living in and it will linger unless you have it
cleared. Call me and set up an appointment at

When is your life Full?

Thursday, August 28th, 2014

A professor stood before his class and told his
students that it was time for a quiz. He pulled
out a mason jar and set it on the table in front
of him. Then, he produced about a dozen fist-sized
rocks and carefully placed them one by one in the
jar. When the jar was filled to the top and no
more rocks would fit inside, he asked the class,
Is the jar filled? Everyone in the class said,
Yes!

Then he said, Really? The professor then picked
up a box of pebbles and poured them in to the jar
and shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into
the open areas between the rocks. Then he asked
the group once more, Is the jar full?

They agreed that yes, it was now full.

The professor then picked up a box of sand and
poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled
up everything else and now the students could
clearly see that this time the jar was really
full.

But this time the class was on to him. When the
professor asked if the jar was full, someone
shouted out, Probably not.

Then he grabbed a pitcher of water and began to
pour it until the jar was filled to the brim. Then
he looked at the class and asked, What is the
point of this illustration?

One student raised his hand and said, The point
is, no matter how full your life is, you can
always fit some more things in.”

“That’s not the point. The truth this illustration
teaches us is: If you don’t put the big rocks in
your life first, you never get them in at all.
The rocks are the important things – your health,
your love, your dreams, your education and your
happiness.

The pebbles are the other things in life that
matter, but on a smaller scale. The pebbles
represent things like your job, house, or car.

The sand is everything else, the “small stuff.”

If you put the sand or the pebbles into the jar
first, there is no room for the rocks.

The same goes for your life. If you spend all your
energy and time on the small stuff, on material
things, you will never have room for the things
that are truly most important.

Pay attention to the things that are important in
your life and spend time on the important.

Some of the important things are:
First, put your attention on your health;
without health, you don’t have anything.
Spend time with your family and friends.
Play with your children.
Take time to renew yourself.

Take care of the rocks first – the things that
really matter.

Set your priorities; the rest is just pebbles and
sand.

Everything can instantly shift toward the positive
once you know the Secret of the Magic Square. So,
