What Is Spiritual Work and what Will It Do To Me?

I have been interested in spiritual work since I

Spirit with in was sixteen years old. Not because of my parents

or any religious teaching. In fact, I never liked

anything about religion. Their rules, dogma, or

any other group or organization seemed controlling

to me. I guess you would say I was a rebel in many

ways in my life. I didn’t eat what the other kids

ate, and didn’t go to church, temple, or study

groups. I wasn’t really happy with the way they

ran the school system, and it seemed that most

teachers, priests, rabbi, and religious leaders

just didn’t have the right answers to my young,

inquisitive mind.

My Dad was a thirty-three-degree mason.Free

masonry is a fraternity. It is not a religion or

belief system of any kind. It is, however, a

fraternity that encourages personal and individual

character development and application of moral and

virtuous lessons and behavior into one’s daily

life. A key way in which that is expressed is

through community service and charity. It is not

related to satanism or the occult, although there

are many esoteric rituals that my Dad kept his

ritual work very secret and sacred. I never joined

the masons myself, but I believe it was part of

the foundation of my upbringing.

At sixteen, I met a girl that I really liked. I

borrowed my Dad’s car and went over to her

parents’ house and asked her mother if I could

take her daughter out on a date. I can still hear

her words ringing in my ear. There is no way that

I am going to let my fourteen-year-old daughter

get in a car with you. Although I was

disappointed, I wasn’t about to give up. My new

love told me that her mother made the entire

family take a yoga class every Wednesday night,

and she asked me if I wanted to come to the class.

I had no idea what yoga was, but I was going for

sure just to see my new girl. After a few weeks of

going to class that I really enjoyed, her mother

agreed to let me go out with her daughter. Wow!

That was the start of a long-lasting love and the

beginning of my spiritual practices.

There are three parts to any spiritual practice:

the Teaching, the Teacher, and the Practice. Each

step along the way is as important as the other.

If you want to stay healthy, happy, and even

wealthy, begin your first step on the path and you

will be led to the adventure of your lifetime. Get

a copy of the Internal Mantra Program and you will

start a growth pattern that will transform your life.

They are Dying to see Me

I have been practicing acupuncture and herbal and
homeopathic medicine in South Florida for around
twenty-two years and have seen thousands of people
from all walks of life. I really find it a joy and
a privilege to be involved in people's lives the
way I do. Some are just passing through, and
others have been working with me for two decades.
I teach, write books, and share on a multitude of
subjects from diet, exercise, meditation,
longevity, and how to die. Dying is just a part of
life, but it's a strong one for the person who's
leaving as well as for the family. I have been
privileged to be able to spend some really
intimate time with people leaving and with their
loved ones as they are passing into a new space.

Last year, my mother passed on. I was lucky enough
to be by her side when she made the transition.
Mom was conscious and alert. My oldest son and his
family were in the room along with a few good friends
and some close relatives. My mother asked a question to all of them, "Do you know what I am doing? The room went silence. "I am dying, it's just
part of life. You live, and then you die, and this
is the dying part."
It blew everyone away, but my Mom was always direct,
knew what she wanted, and spoke her mind. She passed
within a few hours after she said goodbye to everyone.

At least once a month, I receive a call from
families in Florida, asking me if I'd come over to
their homes to help their loved ones travel along
the path. I thank every one of them for inviting
me into their lives at such a critical time.Last
week, David asked me if I could come over to see a
good friend who was in a coma for a week, in hopes
I could bring her out of it. The young lady has a
blockage in her brainstem and was unable to move
or even breathe on her own. I worked with her for
around an hour doing Medical Qigong, hoping that I
could pull her out of it. But she was ready to
pass on and, after the treatment, did so in a very
peaceful and loving manner. Although there was a
lot of sadness from her family, they all
recognized how peaceful she was which made her
passing easier for everyone.

Life is precious, don't waste it. When we take
birth in human form, it is a gift. Never send the
gift back unopened. Open up to a healthy,
productive, and happy life. Learn how to take care
of your physical, mental, and spiritual self. I
have devoted my life to human growth and, although
I am still learning, I do as much as I can to make
this world a better place. Get involved.

Do You Trust Them?

We don't trust politicians. Why? They lie.

We don't trust the food industry. Why? They lie.

We don't trust Big Pharma. Why? They lie.

Corporations are in business for one reason - to
make a profit. Your health and well-being are not
considered if there is no money in it.

The lie seems to be the norm and, thanks to TV
advertising and the news, we are the victims of
being dumbed down.

The other day, I turned on the TV for a moment.
There was a reality show on about a family that
was going to take a river trip, but the mother had
to have ten teeth pulled out that rotted in her
mouth. Who watches that stuff? I shut it off as
quickly as I could grab the remote. The cable
companies are broadcasting trash and people
mindlessly are watching it. It teaches you
nothing, shows you backwoods alligator hunters,
and moonshine stills, a dynasty of Ducks, and news
that has no relevance to you or making this world
a better place to live in.

Stop!

You can make a difference, make your brain
function better, and get healthy all at the same
time.

You have to take the bull out of your life.

Get on a regular Qi gong program, and use those
hours to train power and Qi into your body, mind
and spirit. Start out with the Flying Crane Qi
Gong. It's easy to learn, fun to do, and your hand
chakras will open in a few workouts.

Start training with me on a regular basis by
joining the Qi Gong Inner Circle. You will be
getting teachings on Qi gong, meditation, energy
work, healing, and much more.

If you are a TV watcher, look at what's going to
be on the tube for a week in advance, program your
TV or set your clock, and only watch that, if you
must.

This Will change Your Karma Part 1

Back in the late eighties, I was coaching the CEO
of a large corporation in California. I was at his
home in La Jolla, California when the phone rang.
He picked it up and said it was for me. I found
that strange as no one knew where I was and, for
sure, didn't know his home number. It was my Guru
calling from New Mexico. I had no idea how he
found me. I didn't tell anyone that I was going to
be in Southern California and, to tell you the
truth, I was shocked when I picked up the phone
and heard his voice. He told me that he had an
assignment for me that would change my Karma
forever.

I was asked to pack my bags and move to Caracas,
Venezuela to instruct his group of fifty students
in advanced meditations. It seemed urgent, and he
wanted me to stay for six months. I was in a
dilemma. I had to make a decision right away. At
that time, I did't speak a word of Spanish. I had
no idea how I was going to make a living in a
different country with no job, house, or language.
I asked him, "When do you want me to go?" In THREE
DAYS! After freaking out for a few microseconds, I
told him I'd be there. I flew back to Michigan to
pick up a few things and lived in Caracas by the
end of the week.

Sometimes, one has to make a decision and make it
quickly, for better or worse. When I decided to
learn Qi gong and practice it religiously, I made
the decision and changed my life forever. Make the
decision to begin and keep on practicing.Practice
this program and you will change your life.

What Qi will do to You

What Qi will do to You

They all want to know why Qi is so important to

your health. You can’t see Qi, you can’t touch

it, and how do I know that Qi Gong exercises will

 keep you healthier and younger?”

“Come train with me in the morning for a few

 hours.”

After that, students and patients report that they

have much more energy.

After two sessions, Julia called me at seven

clock in the morning. I asked her why she called

so early. She said that she been up since five

and had more energy than she did in her entire

life. She cleaned the house, went jogging for

forty-five minutes, came home, made breakfast, and

it’s only seven o’clock in the morning! She

definitely is a believer in Qi and Qi Gong now.

Here are some information to chew on about Qigong:

There are many different kinds of Qi and they all

function in different ways to keep us healthy. Qi

is the energy of the body, of the meridians, of

food, and of the universe. If you are

Qi-deficient, then, you’re going to be out of

energy for sure. Gu Qi is energy that is derived

from food. It is the first stage in the

transformation of food to energy. Food is first

digested by the stomach and then sent to the

spleen to make Gu Qi, still in unusable form. The

Gu Qi is sent from the spleen and stomach to the

lungs and the heart. Thats where it combine’s with

air to form Zong Qi. The Zong Qi has the function

of nourishing the heart and lungs and forms the

basis for the involuntary functions of the

heartbeat, respiration, and the hearts function

of governing the blood and blood vessels. When

it’s weak, the extremities, especially the hands,

will be weak or cold. It influences speech and the

strength of voice. It also has a strong effect on

the emotion and there are usually emotional

problems. On the other hand, the Wei Qi is our

defense system, our protective armor which

protects the body from attack, wind, cold, heat,

and dampness, and it aids in nourishing the skin

and muscles. These are just a few functions of Qi.

Qi also has six different actions. In the Flying

 Crane Qi Gong program

 http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTkyMDk2OXwxMTU5NDU2MDUzfHM9MQ%3D%3D

we use all of them: Rising, Falling, Gathering,

Lifting, Opening, and Closing. These actions of Qi

affect every organ in the body as well as the

emotions. When we practice on a regular basis, the

Qi is flowing and feeding the body, mind, and

spirit with rich Qi and oxygen that will keep you

disease-free. What happens is when the Qi is

stagnating, energy blocks begin to happen, first

in the spirit body, then the energy body and,

 finally, your physical body…and boom!

You’re sick.

The Power of Qi Gong

The Power of Qi Gong

That’s why, regular practice is so

important to keep everything flowing and healthy.

Practice will lock in the muscle memory and soon

you will embody the work. The Flying Crane Qi Gong

Why the Early Morning Practice is So Important

Why the Early Morning Practice is So Important

Early this morning, I was on the beach for a meditation, power walk and Qi gong practice. When you start your day an hour or two before the sunrise, everything is quiet, very still and tranquil. It’s not the norm in America but, in many countries around the world, it is common practice to rise before the sun and practice your internal art. When I was in Harbin, China, I would pop out of bed at 4 AM and walk down to the park to begin my Qi gong practice. To my surprise, there were thousands of people doing practices. I’am not kidding, thousands of people were practicing!
It blew me away. Its a lot different in Florida.
Maybe I’ll see a dozen people walking or sitting on the benches,
but I hardly see anyone practicing at all.
No Qi gong,no Tai Chi and as far as I can tell,
no one is meditating. The two and a half hours before sunrise is the most potent time to connect to the higher realms. This is the time when the veil is the thinnest to the purer source of energy. The sun is at a 60-degree angle to Earth, so you are picking up the solar wave as it is rising. Any internal exercise, meditation or yoga you do during those two and half hours is forty times more powerful. You can imagine how peaceful the early morning energy is. There are hardly any cars on the road, people are still sleeping, no noise, no chaos, and no stress. It is a magical time. I had a patient come into my office around ten o’clock with a backache that’s been bothering him for three months nonstop. He’s stressed to the max. I asked him if he did any exercise to handle his stress. He told me,I have no time. He gets out of bed around 8:00 or 8:30 and takes off for work. I suggested that he gets up at 6:30, immediately leave the house, walk down to the beach or the park, and just slowly walk. This will be a good start and a good way to unravel some of his stress. I told him that if he keeps it up for two weeks, I will teach him the Flying Crane Qi gong http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html. This will start to unwind those back problems, but it first takes wanting to change and the discipline to do so. Don’t sleep your life away and complain that you have no time. Get up and get going. I have been teaching Flying Crane for thirty years. All my students love the practice and the results they got. Don’t fall asleep. Get on the program today http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html. I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness.

The Cure For What Ails You

The Cure For What Ails You

Every day, I receive calls and e-mails from
patients desperate to find a cure for their
condition. It makes no difference if it’s back
pain, cancer, or just a common cold. They have
tried Traditional Medicine and taking handfuls of
pills. I hear this all the time from my patient,
“I am just fed up on the way I have been treated.
My doctor’s only answer is to take out his
prescription pad. That’s no way to get cured, he
knows it and so do I…and patients know it.”

All drugs have side effects and there are many
that we aren’t even aware of. Of course, it would
be foolish not to take a medicine if there is a
life-threatening situation.If you take a look at
history, there were many drugs that were
prescribed that would seem barbaric now. I am sure
that many will still be that way in the future.

Our immune system is evolving daily to keep our
species alive. Isn’t it possible that our immune
system can learn to adjust to fight off disease?
Our body and mind have the ability to learn, to
heal itself, and to adjust to any situation. One
would imagine it just needs the right information
fed to it and it will build its own database. We
have smart phones and it’s time to have smart
drugs, smart treatments to cure disease as well
as smart ways of learning how to evolve naturally
that will accelerate our immune system to learn
how to fight off any pathogens. It’s high time
that we change the focus of medicine to
strengthening our immune system and stop trying to
kill disease with some pills or invasive
treatment.

What I have found that will enhance your immune
system and keep you disease-free and younger are
your meditation, diet, and the practice
of internal exercises like Qi Gong. Don’t wait a
second longer. I can help you stay younger and
vibrant. Get the Recharging Qi Gong program and
practice daily. You will notice the difference in
weeks.

Building The Qi Into Every Nook and Cranny Of Your Home

Building the Qi Into Every Nook and Cranny of Your Home

When I was at the Long Hu Shan Monastery in China,

the monks did their daily practices at the

courtyard and the meditation hall, building an

incredible Qi force that you could feel

getting stronger as you approached the temple. I

went to study with the Daoist monks a few years

ago and was there just before the 900th year

celebration of the monastery. The purpose of this

trip was to study Daoism at one of the oldest

monasteries in China and to visit one of the seven

sacred mountains in China. A group of Medical Qi

Gong students and Daoists from Europe and the USA

traveled with Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson, the founder,

and Dr. Bernard Shannon, the director, of The

International Institute of Medical Qi Gong. Both

of these masters hold high titles as Daoist

priests who are well trained in internal

exercises, martial arts, and Medical Qi Gong. As

we approached the monastery, we could hear the

noise from thousands of firecrackers exploding.

The sounds went on for at least half an hour as we

walked into the courtyard. We were then honored

with an elaborate dragon-tiger dance, a ceremonial

welcoming speech, and blessings from the head

abbot. The energy was amazing, I felt like I was

back in China hundreds of years ago.

Building Qi and storing it

Building Qi and storing it

When I practice my meditation and internal

exercises, I usually practice at the same time and

place to build the Qi into the space. Every time I

train, meditate, practice, or do the ritual

celebrations, I charge my space and infuse my home

and property with Qi. When you do this long

enough, the land takes on a different vibration

and will eventually radiate Qi. Last August, I

purchased a house in Hollywood, Florida. Ever

since I owned the property, I have been building

the energy on the land and its surroundings.

First, I cleared the house and property of any

negative, stagnant or stale Qi. I placed energetic

crystals in strategic places to enhance and

correct faults in the energy. I removed any

harmful plants and vines, planted green, black,

blue and red bamboo, and brought in large rocks. I

even had the roof cleaned and painted, fixed all

the cracks on the walls, and restored the

fireplace. When you are building a force field,

you want to avoid any leaks that could distort the

energy. The fire rituals will start at the vernal

Equinox and last for a week. This is an exciting

process and can affect the energy for a mile

radius around your home.

If you are training and want to really enhance

your practice, I would first repair everything

around your home and take out all dead trees,

broken windows and fix all leaking faucets. If you

are in need of a house clearing, let me know. We

can make a plan that will work to clear out the

old Qi and re-energize your living space.

Can a Black Tie Black Affair Make a Difference In Your Health

Can a Black Tie Black Affair Make a Difference In Your Health

It’s not very often that I go to a black tie
affair, but last Saturday was the 42nd Annual Love
and Hope Ball at the Fontainebleau Hotel. This
annual gala supports the cure-focused work of the
Diabetes Research Institute. It was an
unforgettable evening beginning at Miami’s
quintessential nightspot at the LIV Nightclub
Miami. The remainder of the evening was in the
exquisite Sparkle Ballroom, complete with fabulous
food, spectacular decor, music, dancing, and more!
It was an extravagant event with all the trimmings
from start to finish.  I am sure they raised a lot
of money for a good cause.

My cousin, Bruce, has diabetes and has been
getting better over the years. I think it is
because he has made some life changes that have
made a big difference in his health. Years ago, he
was big. I mean, really big…a 45-inch waistline,
weighed around 275 pounds, and he’s not even close
to six feet tall. When I was in a workshop in
Arizona on Neural & Segment Therapy with Thomas
Rau from the Paracelsus Clinic in Switzerland, I
went to visit Bruce on our free day. His cupboards
were filled with crackers, cookies, candies, and
even a big bag of crackerjacks. He didn’t have a
clue on what to eat and what to avoid. No wonder
his sugar was off the charts. He bought a
treadmill and started walking for an hour every
morning, but the weight just seemed to stick to
him like glue. Even though he was a little
down-hearted, he refused to quit. He knew he
needed to make some changes if he wanted to live
close to Social Security age. Well, it was a lot
different this year. The cupboards are bare of
junk foods. Bruce is down to 200 pounds, his waist
is 34 inches, and his energy, business and love
life are all good.

When you make positive changes in your life, your
entire universe will support you. It’s time to
make some positive changes. You can download a Qi
Gong bundle package

now, and make a commitment to live a long, healthy
life.

Growing Internally

Wow! How the garden has grown! I was out of town

for just a week and, to my surprise, the garden

has doubled in size. We planted on December 21st,

the day of the Winter Solstice. There is more

sunlight every day, and we have been getting a

light rain just about thrice a week, so everything

is happy and growing. In fact, I have just started

to eat out of the garden. Lots of herbs and, now,

the lettuce are getting big enough to eat.

When you grow your own garden, you are assured

that your food is organic and non-GMO, thus,

healthy for you. Plus the energy that you put into

it gives you an incredible amount of Qi that you

just can’t get at a grocery store even if you buy

organic. When you grow your own food, magical

things happen. You are able to ground your energy

by working the earth. The food that is grown has

ten times the energy than store-bought food.

“Qi hua” is a specific term in the science of

Traditional Chinese Medicine. It refers, in

general, to various kinds of changes taking place

in the body under the action of Qi. Specifically,

it refers to the metabolism of fundamental

substances, vital energy, blood and body fluid,

and the transformations which can occur between

them. Vital energy, blood, and body fluid are

formed by ingested food. The food is changed into

food essence, which, in turn, is transformed into

vital energy, blood, or body fluid that can then

be changed into any one of the others according to

the physiological need of the body. All these are

the specific manifestations of the activity of Qi.

The dysfunction of Qi in performing its action

will affect the whole metabolism of the body,

including digestion, absorption, transformation,

and transportation of food, the formation,

movement and transformation of vital energy, blood

and body fluid, and the excretion of feces, urine

and sweat. These cause various symptoms associated

with abnormal metabolism. The process in which Qi

performs its functions is the process in which the

substances in the body are metabolized, and in

which the substances and energy are transformed.

We all have heard the saying, “You are what you

eat.” We all want to stay healthy, young, and

vibrant as long as we can. You can make a big

difference in your life and the ones you love by

growing your own food even if it’s just growing

sprouts on your windowsill. You can make a

difference in the vibration that you put into your

body. The other big factor in staying young is

practicing internal exercises. Check out the Qi
