Internal Exercise vs. External Exercise

I’ve been doing Flying Crane qigong now for 30 years. It opened my hand chakras, my heart chakra and allowed me to ground myself much deeper than any other exercise.

Many of us go to the gym, play baseball or football and believe that we’re getting in shape. You do improve your coordination and make your muscles look better. But, if you want to increase your chances of a younger, healthier, happier life – you need to put some attention on your internal organs – especially the yin organs: heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and spleen.

For the most part, we don’t think of our organs when we exercise. We’re focused on how good we look, or if we’re too fat or too skinny. The internal exercises teach you how to get more energy, blood and oxygen into the organs. If you do that on a regular basis, you can prolong the quality of your life.

Flying Crane qigong is a six-part qigong practice. It will give you the grounding that you need to move forward on all aspects of your life. I’m teaching a six-week class starting April 23rd, Tuesday at 7 pm at 2390 NE 186th St., Miami, FL 33180. Call 305-407-0120 today to register. Space is limited.

P.S. If you do external exercise, you’ll need to do internal exercise also. But if you do internal exercises, for general health, you can avoid doing external exercises. Internal qigong exercises will change your life forever.
