Qi gong

Life Is What You Make It.

Last month I decided to do some home improvements.

The builder told me that my comfort zone would be uprooted for the month, so I should seek refuge elsewhere.

This news was daunting to me; and I kept wondering where I was going to live for the next month.

I eat mostly Organic Foods straight from my garden, and grill my own meats in my backyard; so this change will really affect me negatively. Well so I thought……

As I was Meditating on my predicament, I was leaning towards closing up shop and going to the Islands for a bit. With the looming Pandemic, that wasn’t my first choice.

Anyway my friend rang and I mentioned my conundrum, to which she replied, “I’m in Michigan for the summer, you can use my Beach House!”

Sometimes the Universe just puts us in Beautiful Situations; if Our Souls Asks and Receives!

I would not have imagined waking up to beautiful Sunsets right on the Beach; and falling asleep with the lullaby of the Ocean! It’s like I’m in the Caribbean, without traveling.

Basically I am on a working vacation! Only (15) minutes from my office and (5) minutes from home. My Qi Gong and Meditations Practices have heightened and I am using this Blessing to Renew, Refresh and Recharge my Spirit! Gratitude has overcome me and I am opening up my heart to the Beauty and Tranquility of The Majestic Sea, and everything around it.

Sometimes we get so caught up with life and survival, that we forget about Really Living and the Beauty of Simplicity. No matter where you are in the world, there are trees, rivers, oceans and ponds; that we can visit and revere in their magnificence!

Right now the world is different, but we have to adapt and grow with the changes. Be thankful, slow down and show more compassion.

I am performing lots of Medical Qi Gong on my patients at the moment. It’s helping those that are having trouble coping with the changes. Depression, Anxiety and feeling of uncertainty are what I am helping them to overcome.

Please come in and see me for a Session of Medical Qi Gong! You will feel better I promise!
