Embrace Healing & Put Away Illusions Of Vanity.

I was walking down the street yesterday and I heard this lady complaining. She was getting her new boots wet, because it started to rain.

She was screaming at her partner and blaming him for the situation. All I heard was her lamenting about how much her suede boots cost!

I walked for another block with my umbrella, and saw a guy laying on a cardboard box with water dripping on him. All he had was a thin blanket and it was quite cold! Sadly; This was home for him!

It’s interesting how some people complain about such petty things; while others are just trying to survive.

The human conditions are usually about pain and suffering.

They say that pain is Mandatory, but Suffering is optional!

Take for instance someone who hit their thumb with a hammer. There will be pain for a while.

This person will acknowledge the pain and when they heal they forget about it, while other persons will rehash their bruised thumb, (3) years later!

That is suffering by choice!

As we practice and go deeper into Meditation, we are able to alleviate the pain and suffering of others.

Hopefully we will all be able to end suffering for ourselves as well.

It’s time to wake up from the illusions of vanity and embrace the gift of Healing and human Rebirth.

Now that we are in the New Year, there are things that we can do for ourself and others, to make lives better.

I am dedicated to end suffering for others by having more Compassion, Love and Gratitude!

This is what I do all day in my Practice! I invite you to come in and let me help you make your life better.

We can get rid of the pain, and work on ending the suffering for all of us!
