I have been cultivating Qi in my backyard since I first
bought my house in Hollywood , Florida two years
ago. I started by planting a lot of bamboo and fruit trees around the house
when I moved in. As you walk around the property you can feel the Qi as soon as
you enter the gates. The energy feels tranquil,
calm, quiet and relaxing. When I first moved in, the Feng Shui
was a little off, but I knew it could be corrected.
I had to remove the chain link fence that made the
yard look like a prison. I then replaced it with a
wooden fence where all the boards were placed
horizontally. This was for better Fung Shui and
it helps to give the home a much more private feel.
Every morning I have been practicing a few different
forms of Qi Gong and internal exercises in the backyard,
as well as special clearing meditations, this builds the Qi.
The more time and energy you put into building Qi the stronger it gets.
The house is just a few blocks from the ocean, bringing in the element
of water. Also, I placed crystals all over the
property and hung Tibetan prayer flags that fly
overhead. This helps to balance the earth and wind elements.
Then, every full moon we have a Puji fire. The five elements are taken into consideration to clear any negative energy and to harmonize the energy.
The benefits are:
- Builds Qi
- Relaxes body and mind
- Gets in-tune with the nature sprits and the elements.
- Increases the property value and the neighborhood
- Good vibes
Balancing the energies of the land and working
with the elemental forces makes a big difference
in your health and well-being.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness
