Year of The Rat.

There is a saying in Florida that if you have an empty room, someone is going to come and fill it.

My sons just left after spending a great week with me; and because of my busy schedule I had to double up with patients this week. I am now back up to speed at work and happy to serve all my patients.

This weekend I will be assisting at a seminar in West Palm Beach on Ozone Therapy. Our focus will be on Pain. Over the pass year I was able to alleviate or get rid of pain; for my patients; no matter if it’s in their back, knee or neck.

Ozone Therapy is widely used in Europe and the Middle East, but in the US people are just discovering it. In Europe they have been using it since the 1950’s. I have been incorporating Ozone Therapy in my practice, with Acupuncture and Homeopaths, and here are no negative side effects!

In only a few treatments you can recover from your pain.

So I was thinking, “Yes I’m off this weekend!” And looking forward to going to Hollywood Beach to eat and chill plus get some much needed rest; little did I know that my cousin is coming to visit on Monday from Detroit and staying for a few days. Of course she wants to do everything, from watching birds, to looking at alligators and eating as much key lime pie as she can. I also forgot about the Ozone Seminar; until my assistant reminded me! OMG! It’s a good thing that I exercise every morning and do Meditations because this keeps me balanced; to deal with Snowbirds coming from the north very often.

Guess what? The Chinese New Year is on Saturday! It’s the Year of the Rat. The Rat is the first of all zodiac animals. According to one myth, the Jade Emperor said the order would be decided by the order in which they arrived to his party. The Rat tricked the Ox into giving him a ride. Then just as they arrived at the finish line the Rat jumped down and landed ahead of the Ox, becoming first! The Rat is also associated with the Earthly Branch & the midnight hours. In terms of Yin & Yang, the Rat is Yang and represents the beginning of a new day. In Chinese culture, rats were seen as a sign of wealth and surplus. Because of their reproduction rate, married couples also prayed to them for children. Rats are also clever quick thinkers!

I am a Monkey and monkeys get along great with rats! This will be a great year to heal your aches, pains and viruses.

Come on in the Office so we can boost your Immune System! Don’t let that Chinese flu scare you! Let’s keep you healthy for the rest of the winter!

I wish you the best in your Heath, Wealth and Happiness.
