“I’m not in the least interested in growing old gracefully;
I want to grow old disgracefully,
with a gleam in my eye.
I want to carry my own wood into my cabin on the day that I die.”

-Leslie Kenton

I recently attended the American Academy of Anti–Aging Medicine’s
eighteenth International Conference in Orlando, Florida.
I was personally invited by the president
of the A4, Dr. Ron Klatz, who assured me that I’d be blown away.
I made sure to soak up as much knowledge as possible during the
4 day seminar.

There were about a thousand Anti-Aging doctors in the group from
all over the world sharing their knowledge on how to retain our youth.
These professionals were scientists with medical specialties.
But as far as longevity practices and training,
it wasn’t apparent to me at this Anti-Aging conference.

You see, I have been working on my own longevity program for years.
It really takes a life time to keep your self young and healthy.
Diet, exercise, mind set and knowledge are a few of the keys to
keeping your self young.

During the conference, as usual, I was up at the crack of dawn to do
my training. I didn’t see a soul out and when I passed by the hotel gym,
there were only 2 people working out. It didn’t appear the docs were
training at all.

It’s nice that we have doctors that are updated with the latest of
treatments and understand the mechanisms of aging,
the sociological aspects of aging as well as the latest on
endocrinology, neurophysiology, regenerative medicine and
alternative cancer treatments.
But it’s important to include all aspects like diet and the
proper exercises.

That’s why I developed the Recharging Qi Gong Program.

Today, I called the American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine
and offered to train their members in Medical Qi Gong and
Energy Medicine.

In Chinese Medicine, blood always follows the movement of Qi.
When we do Qi Gong, we open the pathways and allow blood
and oxygen to flow.

For example, if we don’t have enough blood in our feet,
we have numbness.
Or when we don’t have enough blood to our organs, we will
have organ failure.
And if we don’t have enough blood to the brain,
we would be brain dead within minutes.

Qi Gong increases the flow of Qi, which brings blood and oxygen
to the body and keeps you young and vibrant. The Recharging Qi
Gong that I
have practiced for over thirty years for my own longevity is the best
Anti-Aging program.

It includes a comprehensive manual, 2 DVD’s and 5 CD’s.
