Super Coffee!

Many of us drink a little coffee daily, while others drink it all day long! At one point in my life, I chugged down two pots a day; with no problem!

Is The Brown Liquid good for us or not?

There’s a lot of controversy around coffee. They reported multiple benefits of drinking coffee, in fact coffee drinkers are less likely to die from some of the leading causes of death! As with anything, too much can create unwanted issues.

Coffee contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation and protect against disease.

Dark roast coffee decreases breakage in DNA strands, which occur naturally but can lead to cancer or tumors, if not repaired by your cells.

Coffee Drinkers – Decaf or Regular – were 26 percent less likely to develop colorectal cancer.

Coffee is chock full of substances that may help guard against Alzheimer’s Disease and Heart Disease.

However, even with all these great benefits; there can be a big risk in drinking coffee. Coffee often contains Pesticides, Mycotoxins and Molds.

These days my cup of Caffeine Infusion is Organic and Homemade; so I save my cash and the Coffee Shops are out of gas! Organic is more expensive, but far less than Mr. Starbucks! Studies found that 91.7% of the coffee samples they tested contained molds and pesticides! 
 
Here’s a recipe that I like. It will give you the, ‘pick me up’ plus lots of added Health Benefits!

This is What you will need:

Organic Coffee, I prefer the whole beans; and will need a coffee grinder.
Get a Stainless Steel Italian coffee pot, for the stove top.  Brew the coffee, making sure not to over cook it and then pour the coffee into the blender. Add a teaspoon of Butter, a bit of Cardamon, a few shakes of Ground Cinnamon, a few Cloves and a few Black Pepper Corns. Blend! This makes a delicious morning drink that gives you a boost with lots of Benefits! 
 

Cardamon helps to lower your blood pressure and is also good for weight loss!   

Cinnamon has great Antioxidant qualities and helps with inflammation.

Cloves contain fiber, lots of vitamins and minerals – like manganese and vitamin K, and helps with brain function.

Black pepper the most used spice in the world is filled with antioxidants. Great for absorbing nutrients like Iron and Beta-Carotene.
 
I don’t indulge in coffee every day, but when I do; this is the Magic Blend that will keep you Healthy and Energized!
