Suffering From Back Pain? Help Is Here!

Just moments ago I was enjoying a relaxing breakfast in my kitchen; and decided to get a jump on things.

2021 is Here, and time waits for no man!     

I was looking at my goals for this fresh New Year.

 Just then I received a call from Dan, my good friend. He was whimpering in pain and said he was hunched over because he pulled something in his back!   

I guided him on what to do; immediately, to get rid of stiffness and inflammation, before things got worst!

Here are the keys to unlocking Back Pain:       

 1-Take care of the initial spasm or injury that created the pain. (There are several ways to do this; I will get into more detail below).

2- Give yourself time to recover, you will need to chill out. Pushing through back pain can only make it worse.

3- After the initial trauma has subsided, light exercises and stretching should be done to get your back stronger.

4- Avoid the things that may weaken your back. I’m not just talking about movement or lack of movement, things like stress, hot spicy foods, running and any impact exercise can delay the healing process.

 It’s really that simple, but people suffer with this all the time. Little do people know that if they start today they could live the rest of their lives without another backache.

Now for the details:

The back pain that woke you up, is either a spasm or a pulled muscle. In some chronic cases people have spinal injuries, but I assure you those didn’t just sneak upon you.

Unless the spinal injury was the result of a direct trauma, the deterioration of the spine would have first been preceded by pulled muscles or spasms.
Those spasms need to be nipped in the bud.

Spasms can be treated with Acupuncture, Massage, Deep Tissue Work and even a good soak. The most important thing is that you don’t ignore it. Once it hits you, take it seriously, deal with it and eliminate the problem.
 
 As I mentioned above, chronic back problems don’t sneak up on you, they take years of neglect for them to become chronic spinal damage.

Don’t ever neglect your back, just learning and doing a little Qi Gong movement and breathing will banish Back Pain forever.
