Self Care

I went to Detroit for a few days to celebrate my son’s New Life; and decided to treat a couple of patients at the last minute, while I was there. I also went to visit an old friend, who has a very large Chinese Herb Shop. Her store has been around for over 27 years. Her family is Chinese, but she was born in Vietnam. She is an excellent Herbalist, as was her Father and Grand father. In fact, I was lucky enough to get two Acupuncture Treatments from her, as well as Cupping. It’s not often that I get treated, so my Energy and Personal Power is stronger than ever! This shit really works! LOL. Whenever I have some free time, like I had this weekend, it gives me more time to practice my own Qi Gong as well as squeeze in some Self Care.

Sadly, many of my doctor friends forget about themselves, and end up using all their Reserve Qi on their patients and really don’t have the juice to give! Some years ago I went to see a Cardiologist about my Ying & Yang AKA my Kidneys and Heart.  This doctor is well educated in his field and he gave me the standard Western treatment and made all the standard recommendations, which I passed on 100% percent!  He is an older doctor with two kids and a nagging wife and he has absolutely no juice at all. He does not exercise and he drinks sweetened coffee all day long to stay afloat! Obviously he is not practicing what he preaches! He is unhappy and most likely unhealthy as well.

In your daily life if you are saying one thing and doing another, you are headed for self destruction! It’s important to keep your word or your karma is going to catch up with you and bite you in the derrière. This is the time of the year where there are major changes upon us, even the Seasons change to be in alignment with the Sun and the Moon. The Seasons and the Five Elements may take a little work but as you align your Mind, Body and Spirit your health will definitely improve! As a doctor I am always coaching people on how to make those changes to create a better life.  I invite you to come into the office and get on a Treatment Program to support you in every way.

I wish you the best in your Health wealth and Happiness!
