Healing Your Internal Organs.

I’ve been doing Internal Exercise like Qi Gong, Tai Chi and other Taoist exercises; now for over 30 years.

Actually “DOING THE EXERCISES” has made a great difference in my life!

One has to take the time to Cultivate Energy if they want to slow down the aging process. These exercises really work far better then the Gym, Tennis, Golf, Running and most of the exercises we do in the West.

Internal Exercises are to strengthen the Internal Organs. The focus is to move the Energy and get the blood and oxygen to the Lungs, Heart, Liver, Kidney and Spleen.

The movement of Qi (energy) on a regular basic will keep these Organs ‘toxin free’ and nourish your entire body! Especially the brain and Sex Organs!

All you have to do is practice regularly. Your diet should be clean and drinking the best water are too other important factors for optimal health!

Meditation is imperative so is Self Talk. Speak positive things over your life and do what you say you will!
