Are You Overcooked From The Inside?

This morning I got up super early and the first thing I did was put a Roast in the oven, to cook slowly; as I was having guests over, later in the evening!

To my Famous Lamb Roast; I added Salt and Pepper, Carrots, Celery, Rosemary, Fresh Thyme, Garlic, Handful of Chestnuts and some Chinese Herbs. I drizzled some bone broth over it and added some Grass-Fed Butter.

I programmed the oven to 300 degrees at 7am, Pop my Roast in, set it and forget it, style! That was easy!

Now to start my day properly! Did my Meditations, Exercises, Recharging Qi Gong, Had some Raw Juice, then I jumped in the shower.

After that I took a trip to my favorite barber to have my beard trimmed, before heading to the Clinic.

He gave me the Full Works; Hot towels, clean shave, then hot towels again. Ultimate relaxation.

WellI I fell into a deep sleep. I started to dream about what I wanted to have for dinner.

I suddenly woke and realized that I had left the oven on at the house!

Like a Bat Out Of Hell, I drove home to make sure that the house wasn’t up in smokes. Once there, I tested the Roast with a fork and it just fell apart. Over done! Shucks! It was still delicious, but too soft for my liking. At least I made it to work on time!

Sometimes we tend to overcook ourselves; much like my Famous Overdone Roast. Perhaps by over working, over stressing, over thinking, over exercising, over drinking; the list goes on and on!

Your body will become burnt out and dry from the inside out. The Internal Organs need to be hydrated and does not function properly if you are running around over cooked and burnt out.

Remember to hydrate your body with good water, lots of fruits and plenty of raw juices. Get your daily walk or exercise in, to alleviate stress and relieve the body of toxins. An over cooked system will foster too much heat in the body, which will cause the organs to dry out; atrophy, and increase the aging process!

Once the insides become parched, it starts to show on your face and skin.

Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate!
