I was talking to Melvin as he ingested a few cream puffs for desert he was telling me how well he did on his triple Melvin is so fat he can hardly see his feet. Most of the conversations around health were bizarre to say the least. But that’s the norm.

Most people are followers and will do what ever the norm is, Well normal is having health problems starting in your thirties and escalating as you age until death. The norm is not changing your habits but indulging them.

When I lived in Venezuela they had these little busses that took you around town. You got on and they took you to your destination and you didn’t have to pay until you got off. In the States it’s different. When you get on the bus you pay. But either way you have to pay for the ride in the beginning or at the end. It’s the same with our health you pay with exercise, proper diet and positive visualizations or you pay with sickness and poor health, either way you got to pay, it’s your choice.

Four powerful things you can start doing today that will change your health for the better.

 1. First thing in the morning when you wake drink 16 oz of water
 2. Take a walk. Even if it’s for only 5 minutes. It is said, ” a journey of a hundred miles starts with only one  step”.
 3. Consciously Deep Breath, for 36 breaths- The source of Qi Gong power comes from the breath.

 4. Tell yourself this is going to be a Fun Day.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,
