What Does It Mean To Be Intuitive?

You often hear about a woman’s intuition but not
very much about a man’s intuition and, yet, men
are intuitive in sports, business and the stock
market. Pretty much, everyone has experienced a
gut feeling — that unconscious reasoning that
propels us to do something without telling us why
or how. But the nature of intuition has long
baffled man and has inspired centuries’ worth of
research and inquiry in the fields of philosophy
and psychology.

What is being intuitive anyway? Knowing without
ever having any idea why you know it. “It’s
different from thinking or logic. It’s a knowing
without knowing.” Our intuition is always there
whether we’re aware of it or not.

“A clever man
can get out of trouble, but an intuitive one
doesn’t get into trouble in the first place.”

Intuition isn’t just a bunch of bunk about our
Spidey sense. Those of us who are intuitive listen
and observe, rather than ignore the guidance we
receive from our gut feelings.

If you want to get in touch with your intuition,
it’s high time that you learned how to just be a
meditator. In fact, meditation can help you to
connect to your deepest inner wisdom. Most of
the creative people I know are highly intuitive,
and the intuitive ones are very creative. They all
practice some form of meditation daily. I enjoy
and practice Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Shen Gong to
build my body, mind and spirit. Meditation doesn’t
have to be a sitting practice. It can be a
standing practice or a movement practice like the
Flying Crane Qi Gong. Try it out

When you regularly practice, you will learn to
tune in to your body more and trust your gut
feelings.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness.
