Avoid Getting Sick

I decided it was time for a medical checkup, you
know, the traditional kind; blood, stool, and
urine analyses, and echocardiogram. I had the
doctor take a look at everything. I like to do
this once a year to see what’s going on, but if
there is any kind of a problem, I choose to treat
it holistically. Sometimes, it’s a change in my
diet, or a different exercise. My blood pressure
was a little high this time. So, I took coffee out
of my diet as well as chocolates and all other
caffeine products, and started doing an IV of 50
grams of vitamin C twice a week, and will build it
up to 100 grams over the next few months. I also
doubled my intake of CoQ10 and lowered my intake
of salt. One of the main things I did was to
increase my internal exercises to both morning and
evening. This may sound like a radical approach
when I could just take a pill and be done with it,
just like most people would opt for. That’s
exactly what your doctor would tell you to do.

Although Western medicine has made a big
difference in people’s lives over the years and
increased the life expectancy, there are many
drugs that cause more harm than good. If you watch
TV, you know that every other commercial is some
drug company tooting their horn on what drug you
may need. Then, the warning comes in a low
monotone voice; You may experience some of these
symptoms: headache, stomach upset, back pain,
muscle pain, stuffy nose, flushing, or
dizziness or decreased sexual desire or ability,
failure to discharge semen (in men), aggressive
reaction, breast tenderness or enlargement,
confusion, convulsions, diarrhea, drowsiness,
dryness of the mouth, fast talking, and excited
feelings or actions that are out of control,
fever, inability to sit still, increase in body
movements, increased sweating, increased thirst,
lack of energy, loss of bladder control, mood or
behavior changes, muscle spasm or jerking of all
extremities, nosebleeds, overactive reflexes,
racing heartbeat, red or purple spots on the
skin OMG! There are even more side effects and,
that’s why, I choose to do it the hard way. No
pill popping for me. I eat a healthy diet, pass on
fast foods, fried foods, and my red meat
consumption is very low. I eat fruits and
vegetables daily.

The drug companies are in business to make money,
and you are the customer. It takes work to keep
your health in order, but if you do, you can avoid
being caught up in the system. Here’s how to keep
you healthy: start doing the Recharging Qi Gong
exercises daily

Pay close attention to the way you do the
exercises. The breathing is very important. And
I’ll give you a bonus. I’ll send you one of my

Is beer Sucking Your Life Away?

Is beer Sucking Your Life Away?

This week, I was at a party with a group of people
from a much different walk of life than myself.
Most of them were just working people with good
jobs and a family. They all drove nice cars and
had pizza one day a week. They liked to stop at
Popeye’s for fried chicken now and then and ate
Campbell soup on cold days. They all liked to
party and were very fond of their beer. To this
day, they all spent hours a week working on their
suntans, drinking, and eating a lot of
bar-B-Q. For the most part, they were all
Americans with strong values. Most of the people
at the party went to church every Sunday and
belonged to a bowling league. They were very sweet
and came from good families.

The friend who invited me I knew from high school,
and he lived in my old neighborhood. It was a
delight to see him and hear about his wife and
kids. When the conversation came around to what I
was doing, that is, acupuncture, people either
didn’t have a clue to what I was talking about, or
thought it was just a scam and asked if it really
worked. The conversation went okay until I started
to talk about our energy body and how internal
exercises like Qigong would make the quality of
their life better. You would have thought I was
from another planet by everyone’s reaction. I told
them that I am starting my day with Qigong and
meditation, and I could feel the difference in my
energy all day long. That’s when the comments
started to fly…”What the Sam Hill is Qigong?” I
got a lot of heckling, and so did my friend who
invited me. “Your friend’s a hippie, isn’t he?”
“Do you eat tofu?” “You a yogi?” And it went on
until they found out that I was the same age as my
friend, but looked and felt 20 years younger than
him.

Jeff is a good guy, but he looks like he was
riding the range for 50 years and most of his
friends looked the same. All of a sudden, the
women wanted to know if I’d teach them and,
reluctantly, their husbands followed suit. I
explained that Qigong is a Chinese exercise for
strengthening and balancing body and mind. Qigong
means cultivation (gong) of energy (Qi). Besides
revitalizing the body, Qigong calms the mind by
its soft movements, visualizations, and direct
contact with nature. The soft movements stimulate
the blood circulation to the internal organs. By
absorbing nature’s energy, we restore the
harmonious energy flow within our body. This
energy flow boosts the immune system, repairs
damaged cells, and balances emotions. If the flow
of energy is disrupted, dis-ease or pain may
occur. I continued explaining that the regular
practice of Qigong has a lot of anti-aging
benefits: balances emotions, eases chronic pain,
brings mental clarity, boosts the immune system,
promotes self-love and confidence, and helps to
put things into perspective.

“If the mind is calm, the heart listens.”

Acupressure is based on the same principles,
meridians, and acupuncture points. Meridians are
channels through which vital energy or Qi runs.
The energy flow through these meridians or rivers
of energy can become interrupted or blocked by
stress, anger or disease. Through specific points,
we can manipulate and rebalance this energy flow.
In natural healing, Qi follows the mind and blood,
then oxygen follows the Qi. This Qi or ‘life force
energy’ will mobilize the immune system and repair
damaged cells. Whereas conventional exercise lead
to consumption of energy, Qigong gathers and
rebalances the energy within our body.

Before the night was over, I had half of the
people at the party wanting more information. As
they passed me a cold beer, I told them about my
website and how they could get a copy of the
Flying Crane Qi Gong
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTgwMTQ5MXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x
and start reversing the aging process. If you need a
boost in your health and vitality, get on the
program now before it’s too late.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

Do you Trust Your Grocery Store?

Do you Trust Your Grocery Store?
In today’s world, you really have a hard time
trusting your own Grocery store   and people in the medicine business. Just when you think “natural” means it’s healthy, you find out that it isn’t so and is just an advertising buzzword. Even when you are buying organic, unless you read every word on the label, you could be buying just a few ingredients that
are organic and the others are questionable. As
for the fruit and veggies, we all hope that
“organic” means no chemical sprays or other
toxins.

Eating off the land is one of the best ways to
nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Working in
the garden is a great way to de-stress from work,
and a joy to see one’s efforts grow. A garden
grows at its own pace – you can’t rush it or slow
it down. It needs just a few things to grow: the
right soil, water, and sunlight. If the pH of the
soil is too acidic, you’ll get a poor crop. If the
garden isn’t watered, your garden will dry up and
die. If there is no sunlight, nothing happens at
all. A garden is very similar to our bodies. We
need to keep our internal system more alkaline
than acidic to stay healthy and, without a doubt,
we need to stay hydrated. As far as the sunlight
is concerned, it’s one of the biggest factors in
keeping us happy, vibrant, and free from
depression and anxiety.

This year, I planted 2 all-organic Feng Shui
gardens that are both 9’x9’, a magic number. One
is filled with tomatoes and 6 different varieties
of lettuce, onions, garlic, and lots of turmeric.
The other garden has ginger, peppers, cabbage,
spinach, lemongrass, chives, and broccoli. But
wait, there is more. I planted 7 banana trees, a
dozen of pineapples, and a wall of passion fruit.
Now, I am busy with watering, weeding, and chasing
bugs away. Setting up the garden is as important
as planting. I first divide the space into 9 equal
parts, one for each square of the “ba gua” plus
one for the spiritual part. Then, I plant using
the garden as my meditation.

Nightmare in Venezuela

Nightmare in Venezuela

More Nightmare in Venezuela with the promise of hope

More Nightmare in Venezuela with the promise of hope

Jose called from Venezuela this morning. He was
telling me that the situation in his country is
not the best. In fact, he said it’s a
nightmare. The hospitals are left without
supplies, and shops without basic necessities. The
supermarket shelves are empty even for common
items like baby formula, flour, milk, and toilet
paper. Although the government promises help, they
only have a quick fix at the most that’s not
working. I asked if it was safe to visit, and I
was told that the crime rate is similar to a
country at war. Whenever you need to have anything
fixed, you are out of luck as there are no parts
for cars or anything else for that matter.

I have been following the situation in Venezuela
for years. I lived there for a few years back in
the eighties and have visited many times in the
seventies. When I was there, the country was very
lovely, quiet, and prosperous, and the people were
happy and very friendly. You could get just about
anything you needed, and it was safe to go
anywhere. I climbed the Avila mountain many times
by myself and didn’t have any worries at all. I
asked some friends who still live there what’s
going on, and they said the government has to keep
everyone poor and in fear in order to stay in
control and in power. This kind of government
limits people’s choices and growth. Jose told me
that the meditation group has fallen apart like
everything else in the country. But now, there is
a spark of light as the government oppression has
lost a major election. Where there is hope, things
open up. Oppression only lasts until people see
the truth, then light will stream in.

If you are Venezuelan and live in your beautiful
country, or have moved on, turn your friends on to
my FREE health tips at www.Rechargingqigong.com.
So far, it’s only in English but, with some luck, I’ll get
things translated into Spanish as well.

Soon, I’ll be starting an online meditation to
support all of our growth.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

other time. It’s the season to be jolly and visit

friends and family. But there is more than food

that we eat for nourishment. Long ago, I heard

this story…

There was an old Cherokee Indian teaching about

life to his grandson. “A fight is going on inside

me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight

and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is

anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance,

self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies,

false pride, superiority, and ego.” He continued,

“The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope,

serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence,

empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.

The same fight is going on inside you – and inside

every other person, too.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and

then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you

feed.”

WHICH WOLF ARE YOU FEEDING? We always have a

choice. Change is always possible. The first step

is to have a clear understanding of what’s going

on. If you have been feeding the evil wolf, vow to

change it. Habits are tough to break, and changing

them requires something that we forget to practice

— Patience.

Our lives are a series of ongoing classroom

discussions where everyone is our teacher and

every situation contains a lesson for us. As you

develop patience, you will see the lessons more

clearly and learn life’s lessons quicker. It’s

called AWARENESS! A lesson will keep repeating

itself until you learn it. Wake up, smell the

roses, and your life will improve by leaps and

bounds overnight. Never let a lesson slip by. It

will be back with a vengeance quicker than you can

imagine.

Full Moon Christmas

Magic is in the air. It’s Christmas and the full

Christmas Full Moon

Christmas Full Moon. This will not happen again for 19 years.

Enjoy the double energy rush. The moon is assigned
the number 9. This year, when we add up the
numbers 12.25.2015, we also end in the number 9;
(18 – 1+8 = 9). Nine is the culmination of all the
numbers before it, representing the Enneagram in
sacred geometry, a threshold between the material
world and that of spirit. Nine is the
peacemaker because it is more devoted to the quest
for internal and external peace. Nine is the
number of “spiritual seekers” who connect with the
cosmos as well as with other people. Nine is
mystery itself, and this moon is full with the
promise of all that has been brewing during 2015.
In Taoist system, the number 9 is the luckiest
and, according to the Taoist teacher, Michel Winn,
there are 9 essential principles of Tao
self-cultivation:

1. Surrender: If we trust and surrender to the Life
Force (Chi or Qi Field), the Life Force will flow
into our body-mind. The Life Force supports us to
effortlessly unfold who we truly are. Surrender is
the prerequisite to expressing the highest level
of our individual freewill and creativity. The
central challenge our ordinary ego-personality
(heart-mind or “xin” in Chinese) faces is the
separation, fragmentation, and dispersion of our
underlying soul essence. Cloudy and reactive
emotions, poor sexual habits, bad diet, shallow
breathing, self-judgments, negative thinking, and
rejection of the spiritual nature of our physical
body results in struggle, disease, suffering, and
unhappy feeling of incompletion in life. Our
resistance to life is what kills us.
Self-cultivation teaches us to let go of our
resistance to the Life Force.

2. Harmony: The Life Force is about process. It is
made of three streams of vast, flowing
consciousness or chi that harmonizes all life:
negative-receptive-female (Yin),
positive-creative-male (Yang), and
neutral-stabilizing-primordial (Yuan). This chi
field is all-penetrating, yet remains neutral or
paradoxically still even as it moves. Likewise,
our soul rests in stillness while the Life Force
moves in Yin-Yang and Five Phase (element) cycles
through our essence. These flowing cycles/seasons
offer a simple and perfect mirroring between our
changing inner thoughts, feelings, perceptions,
and the outer action of Nature. Taoist qigong is
the process of communicating with the Life Force.
Qigong trains us to speak the language of subtle
energy or chi. We learn practical ways to
harmonize the three currents of chi flowing
amongst our self, our community, and nature.

3. Simplicity: On the outside, life is very complex.
On the inside, it is very simple. The Inner Smile
is the Tao path of simplicity. It’s simple when
you open the heart of your soul to unconditionally
accept first your own body-mind. Second phase is
to accept everything “Other” as part of a unified,
flowing essence of the Life Force. The Inner Smile
is the simplest way to keep your path
heart-centered. This simple, continuous act of
acceptance ends all separation and loneliness,
causing a soul peace to arise within our
personality. Our path in each moment is to allow
our smiling presence to embrace life’s wonderful
complexity. It is this simple foundation of
smiling, unconditional acceptance that allows all
spiritual qualities such as love, kindness,
compassion and forgiveness to unfold
spontaneously.

4. Grounding: Taoist qigong & meditation fuse our ego
into a strong, grounded, integrated whole. Qigong
allows our heart-mind and physical body to achieve
optimum health. Meditation merges our personality
and body with our soul or “ling”. This “whole-body
enlightenment” can be achieved while living an
ordinary life in a physical body. Being centered
in life means being grounded, physically and
spiritually.

5. Integrity: Qigong (chi kung) movement exercises
and meditation (neigong or nei kung) are two main
pillars of Tao self-cultivation. They empower a
third pillar – the expression of personal
integrity or innate spiritual virtue (“de”) in
daily life. Study of the I Ching (Book of
Unchanging Changes), feng shui, Chinese astrology,
the outer elixirs of Chinese medicine (massage,
nutrition, herbology), sexual energy cultivation,
and self-expression through creative arts complete
the eight pillars of our personal Tao or “Way”.
Together, these eight offer us practical skills to
grow the central ninth pillar, and realize our
soul’s highest destiny, our integration with the
Great Tao.

6. Sexual Sagehood: Our volatile male-female
sexuality is reflected in the polar split between
the two halves of our soul, the Heaven-formless
spirit and Earth-form sexually embodied aspect.
But sex is our soul’s secret alchemical elixir. If
we know how to tap our sexual volatility, we can
quickly transform spiritually. Taoist sexual
practice with a partner and solo meditative inner
sexual alchemy both use our tangible sexual
essence to “capture” and crystallize the invisible
essence of our spirit. This union of our sexual
and spiritual selves births a “third self” – an
androgynous, bi-sexual Inner Sage that manifests
our immortal, non-dual Original Nature. Our Inner
Sage is able to embody non-dual energy (yuan chi)
while present in a sexually polarized male or
female body, and simultaneously express our unique
individual will.

7. Transformation: The core Taoist spiritual practice
is Internal Alchemy (neidan gong). Alchemy is
transformation, the process of speeding up
internal change. Both science and art, this
meditative process offers a heart-centered
systematic method to transform the apparent
spirit-matter split within a single lifetime.
Inside every human being lives a mystical trinity.
In the West, this trinity might be called
body-mind-spirit, but their meaning is vague. In
Taoism, the trinity is jing-chii-shen, with very
precise meaning. Alchemical meditation speeds up
the transformations between sexual essence
(“jing”), subtle breath (“chi”), and
intelligence-spirit (“shen”). The three are really
the same, but vibrating at different speeds to
give our soul greater freedom of expression.

8. Immortality: Tao inner alchemy offers Seven
Alchemy Formulas for Eternal Life. These seven
stages are a practical map to spiritually rebirth
the mortal self into an immortal consciousness
that continues functioning after death. This is
not a quest for physical immortality. Ordinary
souls dissolve after death. Enlightened souls hold
enough integrity to reincarnate consciously, a
kind of soul immortality. Spiritual immortality is
the stage beyond enlightenment. It allows us to
complete the natural process of soul individuation
that is happening in both our Lesser
Self/personality as well as our cosmic Greater
Self. Spiritual Immortality is nature’s way to
allow the most worthy individual beings to
participate in the ongoing creation of the divine
multi-verse.

9. Spontaneity: Every soul seeks two things. One, to
complete its unique worldly destiny. Two, to
achieve a high spiritual destiny of consciously
merging back into its Original Spirit. But destiny
is not a fixed or pre-determined path. There is
only the effortless, spontaneous unfolding of each
moment (“wuwei”). The Supreme Mystery (Wuji) that
births the Life Force will always remain
unknowable and unpredictable, even as we gradually
merge with the vastness of the Tao. This central
Mystery lives in the core of our inner self and
keeps all life eternally fresh, joyful, and
spontaneous.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

Are You Shocked? Or Are You Shocking?

I have 6 new bamboos planted at my new house. They
are doing well for the most part, although the
black bamboo seemed to lose its leaves. I think it was

shocked.

I called
the landscaper and, he said, “Your bamboo most
likely went into shock. Keep watering it and
fertilize in 2 weeks. Like everything in the
animal and plant kingdom, it doesn’t like to be
moved, no matter if it’s a new home, a new city,
or being replanted in a new pot.”

We feel uncomfortable with a change in our natural
habitat or environment. The bamboo plants got
disturbed when they were transplanted to a new
location and a different landscape.( Shocked)!  This lead
to transplant shock. Sometimes, this shock
or stress is mild while, other times, it is so
prominent causing plants to lose all its leaves or
die. This can be costly and frustrating indeed.
They say transplant shock generally happens due to
damage caused to the roots. As a result of
relocating, a plant can lose major nutrients, and
ultimately goes into shock. This can happen to us
as well. Change to If we are not rooted in our practice,
like yoga, meditation, or Qi Gong, we lose our
rooting and, the next thing is we go into some
kind of shock. The reason I harp on the importance
of practice and training all the time is it gives
you the proper foundation and rooting. This will
keep you grounded and rooted. The more you are
rooted in your practice, the stronger you are. If
you get transplanted at work, in your
relationship, or moved for one reason or another,
you have your foundation well rooted inside. The
external circumstances will not shake the leaves
off your tree. Why? Because you have strong
internal root system, and things will not be able
to shake you no matter how strong, or you will
only feel a small bump in the road before you
recover. The key is practice and practice and
practice until you have built a strong foundation
with big enough roots that nothing, no one, not
anything will shake you.

The Power to Heal

Frank called this evening from Michigan, and said,
“It’s getting cold up here in the North. The
leaves are changing, and Old Man Winter is on the
way.” As it gets cold up North, I hear from more
and more friends who live in the cold and want to
come down and visit for a bit. Frank didn’t say he
was coming, but I’d like to see him in February
when it’s really cold in Michigan. I let him know
that all was good with me. I was up early long
before the sun came up, trained as usual, and had
a full day of patients to see. I love my work – it
is fun and challenging, and I help people bust
through their health problems. There is an old
Chinese saying that I like: “If you can’t be the
king, be a healer.” When you love what you do,
it’s a blessing. Although I have plenty of
challenges just like you do, I take them one at a
time and always keep looking at how I can learn
and grow from the situation.

My training has changed in the last few months
since I broke my wrist. I couldn’t believe how
much my muscle atrophied in 2 months. I lost both
size and mass, and that never happened before. I
took falls and punches on many occasions. Having
your muscle atrophied can afflict more than just
where the break happened. Atrophy of the muscle
can occur for a number of reasons, including
disuse from an injury like my wrist. The cast held
everything in place until the bone healed, but the
lack of activity and the natural aging process
caused my muscles to atrophy. These reasons for
atrophy can all be reversed through a sensible,
progressive exercise program which I am working at
daily. I begin with isometric exercises to improve
circulation and increase strengthin my wrist and
forearm. Isometric exercises involve simply
contracting the muscle for a few seconds at a
time. I always practice sending Qi into the bone
and work on my kidneys as they strengthen the bone
as well.

Why I Live Life to its Fullest Everyday

Why I Live Life to its Fullest Everyday

I increase the intensity of my life…and I’ll tell
you why.

“I Live Life to its Fullest Everyday”Full Life

We are on this planet to learn and grow.
Even our diseases and sicknesses force us to grow.

Here is an excerpt from “The Miracles Course” by
Lynn Woodland:

“Illness results when we’ve grown out of alignment
with our highest good and highest purpose. Whether
it’s on the small scale of several days in bed
with the flu, or the large scale of years of
struggle with a debilitating illness, getting sick
has a wonderful way of stopping us in our tracks,
forcing us into new priorities, and redirecting
our lives. From the big-picture paradigm of our
Higher Self, illness helps satisfy unmet needs and
gets us back on track in ways our conscious
choices don’t. Sometimes this is as simple as a
few days of enforced rest when we’re feeling
overwhelmed and need a little assimilation time. A
more serious illness may push us to change a
lifetime’s worth of old habits.

Consequently, even though we may address any
number of symptoms, the root of an illness won’t
go away until we willingly choose the new
priorities ill health forces upon us, and when we
ignore our minor symptoms, we tend to invite
“louder” ones. True healing requires coming into
alignment with our highest good, and if we address
symptoms without supporting this realignment, we
probably won’t sustain a state of health and
well-being for long. We’ll need to manifest some
new event to help us continue the deeper process
of change we’re ready for spiritually.

There are many proponents of mind-body healing who
hold that we’re responsible for the health or
illness of our physical body only to a point and
then, heredity, circumstance, and environmental
factors kick in. However, when we take a longer,
spiritual view, and let go of the notion that
illness is bad, or that we must have done
something wrong to bring it upon us, all illness
can be seen as purposeful, both to the personality
and to the soul. The ego, that is, the part of us
that believes we’re defined by the limits of our
physical body and, thus, highly vulnerable, can’t
help but find illness threatening and regard it as
the enemy. The ego, which tries to “control” its
way to safety, turns the idea of
self-responsibility into an exercise in fearful
personal control, with illness being a sign of
failure. However, as we address more deeply in
another lesson, “responsibility” is not the same
as “control.” We can only control what’s within
the range of our conscious awareness. Illness is
often a way we bring hidden, nonintegrated aspects
of self to the surface, and open to new options.
This is, perhaps, one of its most important
functions. So, rather than seeing illness as our
failure to be responsible for our health, it’s
more useful to view it as a sign that we’re ready
to grow. The part of us that chooses illness is
the “Self” with a capital “S”, the Spiritual Self
that sees our highest good in a way the limited
perceptions of our ego can’t.

From the perspective of spiritual reality, illness
is a step toward wholeness. No one consciously
chooses pain or illness, yet the experience of
dealing with these challenges can lead us on a
journey that ultimately delivers great rewards.
I’ve heard many people with cancer and other
life-threatening diseases describe their illness
as one of the greatest blessings of their lives
because it forced them to completely reshuffle
priorities and pursue new paths that brought
profound fulfillment. The illness gave them
permission to make choices they wouldn’t have
considered otherwise.”

I have friends, patients, and students that have
changed their diet and relationships, lost
hundreds of pounds, and have done a complete
turn around in every aspect of their life because
of an illness. There are others that were so stuck
in their patterns and refused to change their
habits and life style. Sadly enough that they are
no longer are in their bodies. If your energy (Qi)
is flowing in all the meridians properly, we
usually live a normal, disease-free life for the
most part. If you ask someone what he or she would
do if they were told they had a life
life-threatening condition, people immediately
come up with a whole list of major life changes
they would make. For the past thirty-some years, I
have been practicing Qi Gong for health and
well-being. For the most part, I keep my energy
flowing, and I am disease-free. I have slowed down
the aging process in my body and mind, and you can
do the same.

Start out with an easy-to-learn Qi Gong that moves
energy, like the Flying Crane Qi Gong program

the Recharging Qi Gong program
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTY2Nzc0NHwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x and you will see and feel the
difference in all aspects of your body, mind and
spirit.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

Over- Training is as Bad as No Training

I received an emergency call today from a massage
therapist. She makes her living by going to
people’s homes and doing deep tissue work on them.
She is very good in what she does. The reason she
got in touch with me is

Over Training is as Bad as No Training.

Over Training is
as Bad as No Training.

 She is

burning up her yin (water), and the yang (fire)
energy is over the top.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a painful condition of
the hand and fingers caused by compression of a
major nerve which passes over the carpal bones
through a passage at the front of the wrist,
alongside the flexor tendons of the hand. It may
be caused by repetitive movements over a long
period, or by fluid retention, and is
characterized by sensations of tingling, numbness,
or burning. This is a common problem for people
who do a repetitious job or work with their hands
a lot. I usually don’t see this kind of syndrome
in women, but men get it all the time from
overtraining and not nurturing the yin. The
treatment consists of acupuncture and myofascial
release.

I have found that the Flying Crane Qi Gong
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTYyMTgyNXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x  restore the yin and keep the
body and mind in balance within weeks. Check it
out and you will notice the difference within
weeks. http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTYyMTgyNnwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

Happiness!
