Qi gong

Working out with a fork and knife

It’s been an incredibly busy Thanksgiving but it’s still not
too late to send a Thanksgiving wish out to everybody.

I’m sure every body got in a good workout today.

Maybe you were working out with a fork and a knife instead of
doing some Qi Gong.

That’s OK too.

I got my workout in early.

I’m visiting family in Arizona.

I woke up before the sun and climbed to the top of a mountain,
well a mountain by Florida standards, anything more than 100
feet above sea level.

While I was at the top of the hill giving thanks for all the
people and blessings that have come into my life one of the
things that stood out was not only all the teachings that I
have received over my life but the ability to share them.

Many people thank me for healing them or teaching them but
truth be told the pleasure is all mine.

It’s the greatest gratification in the world to take something
out of yourself put it on paper, CD or DVD and find out that
the trials that I have overcome, the work I have done, and the
lessons that I have learned has value to others.

It is both an honor and a joy to be received, whether it be in
person or just by email.

So to you I say Thank You.

This next year is going to be great and I’m cooking up a new
program that will help you get the best out of 2008 so stay
tuned.
Happy Thanksgiving!
