Building Your Sexual Power

I received this letter last week.
“I am 40 years old male. I am single and wish to
marry. But I have no erection and a very low
sexual desire. It’s terrible for me that I can’t
perform a sexual intercourse. I discharged during
the loose erection. I feel no erection during
watching a porn movie or a nude girl near me or
during any nude thoughts. When I was in my
teenage, I had been a super erection.

I am worrying about it. After every four or five
days I discharged during the dream at night. I
have no any illness like blood sugar, blood
pressure or any other except my nervous system and
kidneys are weak. I need something to support bone
marrow for re-strengthening the reproductive
organs. Here are no any herbal or ayuverdic
doctors.

Kindly suggest me some best health tips for this
problem. I will be really really thankful to you.

Love & Blessings

I receive letters like this at least once a month
and it’s a sad situation when a guy’s masculinity
is in the dumps. Male sexual problems are not only
physically damaging, but they also cause big
problems with self-esteem and a man’s overall
emotional make-up.

According to Oriental medicine, it is a deficiency
of the kidney energy. When the balance of the
kidney Yin and Yang is disrupted, pathological
changes take place and disease will occur. If
there is a kidney Yin deficiency, there will be
seminal emission. In Chinese medicine, this is a
pattern in which the semen of a man emits
frequently without making sexual activities. This
disease usually results from insecure seminal gate
due to kidney deficiency, or blazing fire of the
heart, or a down rush of damp and heat, which can
disturb the seminal chamber. When the semen emits
in sleep without dreaming, it is called non-dream
emission. When the semen emits in dreaming, or
even in being sleepless, it is called slip
emission. However, in clinical practice of
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), doctors tend
to call these two conditions seminal emission.

Kidney Yang deficiency, on the other hand, include
declining sexual desire or impotence in severe
cases. Kidney Yin and kidney Yang always influence
each other, since they are mutually dependent.
Therefore, if the kidney Yin suffers long-term
damage, kidney Yang will be affected and result in
depletion of both Yin and Yang.

Now, the important part is what does a man do to
correct the problem? Acupuncture is one of the
main treatments to address it. It tonifies both
kidney Yin and Yang and balances the water and the
fire elements in the body. Some of the foods that
you can eat to build Yin are sweet potatoes,
pears, and plums. Avoid too much warming foods
such as alcohol, tobacco, coffee, and hot spices.
Take a Qi Gong or yoga class and learn how to
meditate. This will cool down your energy and make
your body more Yin in nature. You can even take
some ginseng but make sure that it’s white
ginseng. That’images-3s the best for Yin deficiency.

Alternatively, for kidney Yang deficiency, you can
start eating chicken, put some lamb and salmon in
your diet, and add spices like cloves, anise
seeds, black peppercorn, fennel seed, and ginger.
Walnuts specifically improve kidney Yang and its
capacity to grasp the Qi. Some of the foods to
avoid are cooling foods and fruits, raw foods and
excessive salt.

By improving kidney Yin and Yang, one also
improves the jing (semen). Some of the factors
that deplete our jing are stress, fear, insecurity
and overwork. Too much semen loss greatly reduces
the vital essence especially in older men.

Moving the Qi is the most important thing that you
can do to stay balanced and to build your sexual
energy. The Recharging Qi Gong program

will build your internal strength and power, give
you more flexibility in your joints and stretch
out your tendons. Doing this exercise for forty
days in a row will definitely give you more
confidence and internal energy, which equals to a
much better sex life.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!
