Why Nature Is So Important In Your Qi Gong Practice

I spend at least an hour ever day at the ocean, in
a park, or just out in nature. I’ll drive to the
Keys whenever I get a chance, go deep into the
Everglades, walk along the Boardwalk, or take a
bike ride to commune with nature. Most of the
time, I like to do all these activities in the
early morning before the sun comes up, but I find
that night walks are just as powerful to gather
Qi.

A few weeks ago, I was in Tucson, Arizona, and
took a walk on the Arizona Trail. The Arizona
Trail is a National Scenic Trail from Mexico to
Utah that traverses the whole North–South length
of the U.S. State of Arizona. It’s around eight
hundred miles, and it was so quiet you could hear
your own heartbeat. This was the perfect place to
practice my Qi Gong. I spent around a half hour
doing the automatic move from the Flying Crane Qi
Gong Set

and I could feel the energy in all of my channels.
When you train out in nature, you are able to
gather Qi easily and retain it. By far, nature is
the best place to cultivate Qi. If you don’t know
this set, it is a must in energetic practices.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness.
