Cultivate Qi For Pain Relief.

I hear this all the time. “ Hey Doc, Can you help me? I am hurting and it’s pretty bad.”

This guy is not a young buck; but he works hard to stay in shape. He eats the right stuff and workout 5 days a week, plus play tennis, but it takes a bit more to slow down the aging process. One can learn how to change patterns and even your genetics can be modified!

His morning workout are rushed; and as a result he pulled major muscles in his back, hips and legs.

It was obvious he was in pain and was barely able to move. He said “I was a little short on time so I decided to rush through my workout.”

Bad move for anyone doing a workout but especially if you are a bit older. NO warm up  can cause injury in the body, especially at a ripe age. One sudden bend with the medicine ball in hand, one twist and Boom! Pain and injury! That’s why he ended up at my Clinic..

Even if you are in tip-top condition, without a warm-up it is really dangerous, and you can hurt your back in a split second.

Instead of staying fit and young, you’ll instantly look and feel like an old person . I introduced him to my Recharging Qi Gong Program to keep him young and maintain supple muscles, keep him flexible and agile!

I explained how the exercises in Recharging Qi Gong have been keeping guys and gals young for over 2,000 years (and counting). You will never hurt yourself practicing them.

I fixed his back up with a few tricks that have been tried and proven successful!

1. Cold Packs for Injury – When you first get injured; apply it to the area for 10 to 15 minute intervals.

2. Epson Salt Baths for stiff muscles. Get in a full tub of hot water with about 2 cups of Epson salt. Soak for 20 minutes as hot as you can handle.

3. Use Your Own Qi To Heal – Direct your breath and breathe out the pain. In The Recharging Qi Gong Program Breathe is used to move Qi, store Qi and cultivate Qi. Directed Qi is the secret ingredient that will bring relief to your entire body.
Breathe deeply and fully. Fill your chest to full capacity.  Feel your rib cage expand in the front, back and on both sides.

Inhale even more and hold the breath for a bit. Then exhale out about 1/5 of the breath inhale again and imagine you are sending the breath to the tight or painful area. Exhale slowly and see the muscles relaxing.

You’ll feel the difference in no time. The clenched area will unlock and give your more elasticity, hence no pain. The Recharging Qi Gong course works on all three levels at the same time Physical, Mental and Energetic. Go to https://rechargingqigong.com/products/recharging-qi-gong/
