Breaking Through

Here’s what happens if you say it and don’t do it. You’re
training the brain to be lazy and procrastinate.
After a while, if you continue this pattern, your
subconscious behavior will say she or he doesn’t
mean it. The next thing you know, your knee hurts, your
thigh hurts, you have pain in your foot or in your
back. The brain is now making you congruent.

Do you have an Innie or an Outie?

In Chinese medicine there are quite a few
treatments that are all around the navel point.
In the west, it’s hardly talked about in medical
circles. Ending up with an innie or an outie is
usually a matter of chance. Most people end up
with innies, but some people have outies.
Many people think the shape is determined by how
close the cord is cut, but that’s not really the
determining factor.

Get Ready For Some Big Surprises

and transformations.

The last eclipses we had were back in January and
February. Typically – whatever was occurring
around that time in your life may revisit you.

is a weak link in your life – these eclipses will
find it, and help clear it up for you – whether
you want it or not.

Fourth of July Training

The two best times to train are just before
daybreak and around sunset, the beginning of the
day and the end when there is less noise and air
pollution. Most people are still sleeping and
there is very little traffic. This is the best
time to do your Shen Gong practice (meditation).
I find that the Yin Set is a great way to begin the
day no matter if you are in the woods, on a mountain,
in the desert or by the sea. The Yin set cools
and cleans all the organs and works alchemically
to transform negative emotions to power positive energy.

100 Pasos (100 Steps)

Did you ever notice that after a big meal, your
energy goes down? Let me tell you why. The
digestion process takes a lot of energy. So, what
my master told me years ago, after a large meal,
make sure that you take at least 100 steps: cien
pasos. This will help expedite your digestion and
feeds all of the other organs at one time.

The Magic of the Summer Solstice

A solstice
is an astronomical event that takes place twice a
year when the sun reaches its highest position in
the sky as seen from the North and South poles of
the Earth. The word “solstice” comes from the
Latin word, “sol,” meaning sun, stands still. The
summer solstice is the longest day of the year.
It’s the time when the sun is most powerful.

Clearing Out the Poop

If your toilet backs up and your
house or office stinks, there is a good chance
that something or someone is really off base and
should be removed as soon as possible.

Health Care, Not Sickness Care

The reason being the system is set up
for sickness Not Health!
Usually people in the western world are
trained to see their doctor for sickness.
You can get pain pills, chemotherapy or
have your leg cut off and most likely your
insurance company will pick up the expenses
after you meet your deductible that could be
up to $10,000 if it is approved.
