Opening The Energy Flow

It was just a few months ago that I remember doing my regular morning Qi Gong practice with my students on the beach. On My most recent trip to the beach; before Corona shut it down; A group of women passed right by us’ and after walking maybe 10 or 20 feet away, “in today’s world that’s a safe distance” they decided to stop and watch for a few minutes.

I asked them if they would you like to join us.
One of the ladies joined as her friends watched.
After she had gone through a couple of exercises from the Recharging Qi Gong program she rejoined the rest of her friends and they were off to continue their walk.

I didn’t think anything of it because I usually attract people’s interest when I teach or practice any of the Qi Gong programs.

When you stand out even just a little bit for being different, or are doings something out of the ordinary people; will be attracted to you, and when doing Energy work; people are attracted naturally.

When practicing Qi Gong in public it really draws attention, because people immediately recognize the power it has even though they may not understand it.
People want to be a part of that energy in their lives, but often times they don’t have a clue what is attracting them.
It’s the Energy!
When you have something great everybody wants a piece of it, even if they don’t know what it is. Pure energy draws you in like a bear to honey.
When I was a kid, every time I went somewhere with my Dad I noticed he would always greet people with a “Hello” or a simple “Hi how are you doing today” even if he didn’t know them. I would asked him, “Who was that?”
He said,  “I don’t know. I just do it to be friendly.”
Well that has stuck with me ever since.

As a teacher of Energy Work, I look back and realize that what my father was doing was creating openings. He was opening himself to others and inviting them in as a friend and showing his open heart to everyone. .
You can never tell what type of an impact you may make on another person unless you make an open space for them.

Weeks later I was sitting at a Teahouse in Tampa and a lady came over to me and asked if I was that teacher in Miami who was teaching Qi gong?
She was the one I had invited to join us on the beach in Miami “Why yes I am, hello again.” She was surprised that I recognized her.
She then told me, with great gratitude, that the few exercises she learned that morning made her knee pain go away and hasn’t returned to this day.
I told her that I was grateful that I could help her and handed her my card to order the Flying Qi Gong program on line.

Open up and let people know you care about them!
It’s always worthwhile to say hello and smile. It creates an opening for people to feel safe and grow beyond their fears.
The energy will always come back to you many times when you do.

Wishing you Health, Wealth and Happiness!
