Align Your Goals With The Moon’s Cycle For Best Results

Now that we’re in a new year and people are working on keeping their resolutions on diet, exercise and what they’re going to do in 2019, let’s talk about setting goals.

I don’t set new goals during this time of the year. I set my new goals on the new moon, short-term goals. Often times people set huge goals that are difficult to accomplish. I have a question. Do you know how to eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

It’s easier to set shorter term goals. Of course, it’s still beneficial to have long-term goals like in the magic square which is about organizing yourself in all different domains of life. If not, you’ll be living life like you’re about to go on a trip without knowing where you’re going.

If you have a map and you decide where you’re going, it’s much easier to get there. You can see the map as the magic square that moves you along in life.

Let’s talk about your short-term goals. Every month we have a new moon and a full moon. Most of us aren’t even aware of it. Moon magic you can use in your daily life. Just a couple days ago (on Saturday 1/5), we had a new moon that was also during a solar eclipse. This energized the moon even more. On Friday, I planned what I wanted to happen in my life over the next two weeks as the moon reaches full status on Monday, January 21.

As it brightens and becomes fuller daily, there is more energy released. We should have our short-term goals set on the new moon and as each day passes and the moon brightens toward the full moon on Monday the 21st, our goals will manifest. The key is to read your goals every day.

I wish you the best in your health, wealth and happiness.
