Dreamy Beaches, Silky Warm Seas, Lush Scenery, Tradewinds, Tropical Fruits and Endless Sunshine……….. 
These are some of the top ingredients of the Ideal Tropical Vacation. Yes I am dreaming of the Islands for a short, quick trip to recharge; and I am sure you could use one as well!
It all sounded great until I had to take a Covid-19 test. They shoved a stick up my nose and you don’t get the results for 5 days. In those 5 days we had a Hurricane in South Florida and I had to postpone my trip.
So 5 days came and went and I had to get a stick shoved up my beak again; luckily I tested Negative! I was all prepped and ready for my trip, but not so fast Cowboy! I also needed an Approval Form from the island’s Government! Oy Vey!
Got it, but it’s only for 5 days! Wait you need Health Insurance just for the Virus? I got it all taken care of! I was doing well, packed and ready!
The airlines said it’s a go! Guy told me that I needed to be there 45 minutes before the flight, but when I got there I was informed that for International Flights; it’s 2 hours!
I missed my flight after all that preparation! No flights out till the next day! So that cut one day from my Lush Tropical Escape. I returned home and went to work. I guess the Universe wants me working and my trip was all in my mind! I’ll keep you posted.
