Qi Gong Inner Circle

Winter Water Secret

A chilly 28-degree power walk will get your blood moving in the
morning. Yes! I am still in Michigan, the cold weather feels
good if your working-out. As soon as I got back to the house I
drank a quart of water to re-hydrate, boy it’s really dry here.
There is always a fire in the fireplace and the heat is always
on this time of the year and that keeps it as dry as a bone.

It’s important to keep well hydrated to stay healthy all the
time but the winter is even more critical.

In the Chinese system of health care this season is ruled by
the water element and the major organs affected are the kidneys
and bladder.

It’s the time of year to stay warm, go to sleep early, and
sleep-in. I work on my kidneys exercises this time of the year
and drink plenty of H2O.

Right now Qi Gong Inner Circle members are getting boatloads of
my Winter Health secrets in the current and next few DVDs I am
shipping to them.

If you’ve been sick or just plain don’t like getting sick in
