Recharging Your Personal Power

One of the best things you can do for yourself is to go away for time to Reflect, Exercise and Meditate! 

As I was coming back from lunch earlier today I glanced down at the dashboard of my car and the temperature reading was at 98 degrees and that’s freaking hot! Combine the 75% humidity with that and it’s too darn hot to be outside! In fact its too hot to even work, but luckily we have a good air conditioner and the office is as cool as the “other side of the pillow!”

Summer is the time to relax in south Florida because the heat can be exhausting on the body. If you can get out of here for part of the summer or even a long weekend it’s a bit of relief!

I love going to the Woods, or the Mountains, but this year I am off to the Caribbean Islands just to chill for 3 or 4 days! ‘Yeah Mon!’ I’m looking forward to taking in those cooling Trade Winds by the Ocean and eating some fresh catch of the day! I don’t even drink, but I may just order something with an umbrella in it, just for fun! “When it Rome!”

I’ll be up at Sunrise on the beach doing Qi gong and Meditating until the Sun comes up. This is the quietest time of the day when the Qi is the Strongest and one can recharge the Body, Mind and Spirit. After my morning workout and a dip in the Ocean, I’ll have a nice breakfast and some R & R.

The fact that I am getting away to Recharge my batteries is wonderful and only makes me Stronger as a doctor and Healer!

I see so many of my friends in the medical field burnt out after a few years of practice. When I ask them if they protect themselves or go on retreats to Recharge they look at me as if I am from another planet!

Cleanse and Purify the Body, Mind and Spirit

A spiritual Recharging retreat puts everything into perspective and remind us of what is really important in Life! That reminder is so Helpful and Healing to your Energy, Soul and Spirit! People are so stressed, over-worked and tightly wound in this season so it’s imperative to step away from the crowd for Longevity and Health purposes. You can totally renew yourself in just a few days by reflection time and just taking a break from it all. I promise you all the things needing your attention will be there when you get back!

We get so busy with our day to day lives, it’s almost as if we are stuck in a tunnel – just seeing what is right in front of us.

One of the best thing you can do for yourself is, to go away for some time and Reflect, Exercise and Meditate!

When I go on a retreat I shut off my phone, put my computer away and commune with nature. I take naps, eat clean and drink lots of pure water, avoiding caffeine, alcohol, drugs and meat.

Remember — The idea is to Cleanse and Purify the Body, Mind and Spirit.
