The Importance of A Daily Ritual!

I always Rise before the sun comes up. The birds are always there performing a private orchestra, while the squirrels are having a chasing party, the air is clean and the temperature seems just about right!

Imagine if the Sun did not show up every morning to Shine? What if the birds didn’t visit my yard daily? It sure would be a dull and dark world; without the Sun and the Sound of Happy Birds! Oh the things we take for granted!

Every morning when I awake, I say the same thing, and I also do the same thing!

The keeping of this Secret builds the Power of these words and movements every day.

As a Master of Medical Qi Gong and a Practitioner of the Healing Arts; for well over 30 years, you may want to know the Secret Practices that I do.

Building a daily ritual is the most powerful way to make the ordinary, Extraordinary! By taking something you know works, and practicing it every day, you are immediately on the path to mastery!

Qi Gong is just such a thing. It works because it can’t not work! The Body, Breath and Attention are all brought together. This has a profound effect on our entire being!

When you practice Qi Gong with any depth, every cell in your body and brain should light up and say, “What are you doing?” It is as if you become truly present in your body. And when you are present, everything begins to come into alignment.

The Energy begins to Flow, Blockages and Pain will begin to leave the body! You start to Radiate Health and Vitality. This is Qi Gong!

I want you to discover the Qi Gong that I know; and put it to use every day! Every day is a day to build on the previous. The things you do every day will be the one’s that shape your life.
