I am now in Portugal on a Shamanic Journey involving three phases. Preparation, Induction and the Actual Journey.
Phase one is the Preparation and Purification. It involves some isolation, some fasting and perhaps alone time in the wilderness and down by the sea for the night. The type of work that I’m up to is a short weekend purification, before playing hard with my friends in Northern Germany again and from there back to Portugal for a week of internal exercises. This type of vacation opens up the rest of the centers, clears the Mind and Spirit and prepares one to do more intense work! The following week I’ll be heading to the Hot Springs in Italy to relax the body and do some deep meditations before returning to Florida.
