Winter In Detroit

Growing up in Detroit; this time of year was exciting for me! I woke up every morning, and the first thing I did was run outside to see the snow! Snow was all the way up to my waist and I was probably only 4 feet tall! My eyes were wide open, with a big smile on my face. My father and uncle always helped me to build a Snowman!

This Snowman was at least 7 feet tall. The very biggest one I have ever seen. Just last week I was looking though old photographs, and what popped up was one of me and my friends with a gigantic Snowman behind us!

When you are a kid, you get excited about things that happen in nature; especially during the winter season. Snowflakes, Snow ball fights, Hot cocoa by the fire with marshmallows, even the leaves falling off the trees brings excitement.

It’s a form of Love when nature passes energy to us!

Whenever you hold a baby you can feel the Love. Similar to that of cuddling a puppy. It’s a flow of Energy that is constantly streaming, but as we get mature we cut off that flow. This flow of Energy is Natural and will heal the body. As a doctor and healer; that flow of Energy is constantly being nourished, it allows me to work with people who are dying, sick or filled with sadness and grief.

This time of year after the holidays have ended; sometimes people get into a sadness slump, depression or grief. Winter does not give us as much sunshine and a lot of activities are indoors.

This is the time of the year to stay warm and do some of your Internal Exercises, Meditation and Prayer, which are essential to our mental well-being. Just open up to the Energy of Nature, Open your Heart and Healing will take place.

If you are in a situation where things seems to be out of flow; come in for a tune up! In one or two weeks we can change the picture of your health, mental and emotional wellbeing!
