Water For Anti-Aging.

Here is an Anti-Aging tip that we just don’t think much about, but it works better than most Medicines, Supplements; and so called Miracle Drugs!

It’s WATER my people! Good Old H20! It helps us Look, Feel and even act Younger than we are!

What happens when you put a piece of fruit in the Sun? It Dries up after a while and shrivels up. Now What happens when you soak that same dry fruit in water? It Plumps Up! It’s the same with your Skin And Body!

Once you get dehydrated it puts a strain on your Kidneys. That’s the Water Element; so then the fire gets out of control!

The Fire Element rules the Heart. That’s the main thing I look at, when I see a patient.

Is the Yin/Kidney and the Yang /Heart in balance? The guideline is 8 glasses of H2O a day, but that varies with Heat, Dryness  and your Weight.

If you are working or exercising a lot, you may need more. Eating plenty of fruit will also keep you hydrated as it’s mostly water.

As for Tea, Coffee, Energy Drinks and Soda; these don’t count as proper hydration.

Water helps you Lose Weight, keeps your skin looking healthier, regulates the body temperature and helps your digestive system. When you are well watered down, you are even in a better mood!

So every day make sure that you are watering your body, it will help your Mind, Body and Spirit!
