Hi Friends!
I am still in Portugal Soaking up the Sun, Sea, Fresh Air, Fresh Food and Wonderful Company! This place is Breathtaking!
My Energy is good but I am a bit tired. I have been up late and doing my early morning Recharging Qi Gong and Flying Crane Qi Gong on the Beach, as well as many different Meditations for my Ancestors, Protection, Wealth and Strengthening My Memory.
I am taking advantage of this Holiday to Repair and Strengthen my Energy Fields. Anyhow, I am having lots of fun as well! I work hard and what I do can be heavy so I have to take time out to Recharge and Refresh my Spirit.
I leave for Italy on the 23rd! Looking forward to a great Adventure there as well! Cheers!
