Qi Gong Flow.

My good friend just came back from China last week. He came back with one really important health insight that all of us can benefit from.
I’ll let him tell you by sharing his email with you here:  

“Dr Wu, One of the highlights of my trip was going to Tiantan, the Temple of Heaven, located in a square mile of park; in Beijing City.
Throughout the park I saw thousands of Beijing natives doing all sorts of exercises. Every thing from Tai Chi Sword to Spinning Giant Tops, to a game that looked like Hacky-Sack.

Most of all people were doing some sort of Qi Gong. I saw people doing many of the same exercises you teach; including the Natural Move in your advanced Qi Gong.

People of all ages were just enjoying themselves and the energy permeated the place.
Just people taking time to relax and move their body, way different from America, where working out is a serious deal, and when you relax you just konk-out.
This was more like playing and more like what you teach.”
 
My friend has hit on something really important here.
Working out and relaxing should be virtually the same thing.

When we lose sight of having fun while training; it’s just like whipping a mule to plow a field. You’ll get it done, but at what cost? Far better to enjoy the workout and let the results take care of themselves.

People who have seen my Qi Gong DVDs say that they always get a chuckle watching me and that I’m so animated when I’m giving instruction. LOL
That’s on purpose!

I’m truly having a wonderful time doing the Qi Gong, and even more excited to be sharing them!
Does it take a lot of effort to do?
No. I’ve made it super simple.

In my 2 DVD set, sold at https://rechargingqigong.com/products/recharging-qi-gong/
 all you have to do is follow DVD 1, the Instructions two or three times and by then you’ll know how to do the routine.

Then switch to doing DVD 2, and just follow along with me.
Later you can go back to DVD 1 or the Manual to refine the exercises or add in some of the finer points, it’s that easy!

The instructional (DVD 1) is just under an Hour, with all the explanations and instructions and the Practice (DVD 2) is about 26 Minutes.
Just like the Chinese practicing at the Temple of Heaven Park, this is just training and relaxing. You might even get a kick out of it and have a good laugh!

Just pop that DVD in and follow along and in 26minutes, you will have your Qi really flowing! All the joints in your body will loosen, every muscle will be stimulated, your skeleton will hum and the tension will roll off your body.

When you’ve completed the workout, you can practice one of the Meditations I give in the Report, “Using Stress as an Ally.”
Pretty good huh?
That’s why I set it up that way.
