Now What Can You Do?


 
One of my patients called yesterday and told me that she made me a mask; to keep me safe.

 

She has been making Masks for the last month, and giving them to the nurses and doctors at various hospitals. In Miami they are only given one mask a week, to the hospital staff until production picks up. It’s thanks to people like Beata and Sue; who are making them to help out at this critical time.
 


There are so many stories flying around about the virus, that it’s hard to believe anything the government says or the media, as they have so many contradictory stories one doesn’t know who to believe. With a national election coming up soon, it may be a little suspicious if the positions expressed are slanted in the interested of getting re-elected and unfortunately that’s on both sides of the isle.

 
Over the last decade we have seen an attack on the environment, tearing down of laws to keep us safe from the air we breathe, the water we drink and how we treat the planet we live on.
 
We have had a problem with trust, communication and who controls things. Now it’s just out of hand!
 
What can you do to keep your family safe?


What I am doing at the office is disinfecting all equipment daily, using gloves and masks, plus asking all patients to wear a mask when they come into the office.


The Ozone Treatments are very effective to keep one’s Immune System healthy, especially the lungs and large intestine. If your Immune System is healthy and strong chances are you will not get sick or if you do your body will fight it off in a few days.  
However, if you are freaked out and an emotional wreck, sad, confused or depressed because of the situation, your Immune System will suffer.
 
How to build up your Immune System:


1.    Get out in Nature for at least ½ a day.


2.    Walk and get your heart beating.


3.    Stop with the junk food -no ice-cream, sugar, cheese, bacon  or fried foods. It a perfect time to eat healthy for a month or so, you’ll lose weight, your completion will be better and you will lose some fat that only stores toxins.


4.     Eat Green leafy veggies, protein, drink plenty of water, fruits for snacks.


5.    Take vitamin C and B regularly.


6.    Get an Acupuncture Treatment to build up your energy and  your Immune system.


7.    Come in for an Ozone Treatment.


 
Please be serious about social distancing; wear a mask when going out in public, and gloves; if not for yourself for others and if you are tired of being restricted, remember it’s far better then being sick.
