The Virus is here to stay….

Now what can we do?

In recent days, social media has shown mask-less revelers dancing in the Streets Of South Beach, jammed into cars, filling up nightclubs and crowding; shoulder-to-shoulder.

The residents are pretty compliant about the Pandemic Rules, however; our Spring Fling visitors have been out of control, to say the least. Not a care in the world about a Deadly Virus.

Florida is fast becoming the Epicenter of a second wave of the Coronavirus outbreak in the United States.

It’s Spring Break and here in South Florida, Hospital Officials have reported that Emergency Rooms and Intensive Care Units nearing capacity!

The Miami Beach Convention Center, has been open and buzzing since The Pandemic.

This Center is usually home to events like Art Basel Miami Beach, which takes place in December of every year. Attracting the Global Elite to sip Champagne and purchase Millions of dollars worth of Contemporary Art.

For the past two months, the driveway leading up to the building has been filled with Florida National Guardsmen, and Medical Officials, conducting Drive-Through COVID-19 testing.
 
It is important that we all take steps to reduce our exposure. There are some simple steps that can help to support your Immune System, both to Prevent becoming infected and to help you recover; if you are self-isolating with Symptoms.

Avoid crowds: Social Distancing is so important in slowing the spread of the Virus. 
 
Here are a few other Suggestions that can help:

Ginger, Garlic and Turmeric all help to Increase Heat in the body. When our body is Cold inside and our Circulation is Poor; the Immune System becomes compromised. 

To help your body Fight Back:

Boil fresh Ginger and Water for about 10 Minutes, Cover to Simmer and Soak for a while. This is a great Warming Tea. This can be enjoyed with Raw Honey and Almond or Flax Milk. This Formula warms your throat and chest; in particular.
 
Add Garlic, Ginger and Onions to your cooking.

Start using Turmeric! It is best absorbed in combination with Black Pepper and a little Oil. You can make a warm drink, combining these with Almond Milk.

Only Drink Warm Water, as it is soothing to the System.

Onions and Salt are effective at removing toxins from your system. Use only Natural Sea Salt and gargle salty water regularly, especially if you have a sore throat or dry cough, this will work!

When staying indoors, it’s imperative to take steps to get your circulation flowing, to defend against or to fight off the Virus.

Clear your home by opening the windows and getting some fresh air.

As you support your Immune System; even if you are exposed to the Virus or get Covid-19, you will recover much quicker.
